Unprofessional and rude. I've had a mould issue for 7 weeks, and vacated the property for the last 6 weeks, they have managed to have various people look at it every week but no work actually done. Feel as though I have been fobbed off. Phoned and complained today, got pretty much laughed at. My wardrobe top to tail in green mould has been left in there, when I asked why ''well we wont clean it if the mould is still there it will just come back'' so its been in there 6 weeks compounding to the problem ''well yes Im not going to put it in someone elses room am I''.

Do not use Cryers. They are the rudest, unprofessional bunch around. They have breached government guidelines for accessing properties without notice multiple times and have ignored complaints about faulty properties. If you do business with them, don't be surprised when you are messed about.

Absolutely awful experience, so many bad things happened to me and my housemates, it's hard to know where to begin....
Let a random man move into our all-girl house! Who almost burned the house down and still didn't get rid of him! Moved into a new house the following year, when arrived, it had not been cleaned at all despite 4 dirty male students had lived there previously, had to clean it myself and was never compensated, the gas and electricity was not working so spoke to 2 members of staff who promised they would send someone over- they didn't! So guess what, had to somehow spend the night in a freezing house with no hot water or lights! Absolute disgrace of a company! Multiple things wrong with the house including broken appliances and damp problems, which were not sorted until we withheld paying our rent. If you want to be treated like a human being, don't go near these guys.

They were very unprofessional and communicated via text message. Turned up with propective tennants for viewings on the wrong days. Lucky if you get a call back after leaving a message. Messed me about with deposit deductions will never buy/rent with them.

Flat was very dirty and in bad conditon when i moved in. I left it in a better state than it was when I moved in. However they used 230 punds of my 350 pound deposit to completely do it up.
