I've been a landlord for some years now and have used a number of agents to manage and let my properties yet I have always encountered problems with most of them (even with the major players in this field). I was referred to Crompton Estates about 2 years ago and tried them out. I have to agree with the previous reviewer; I am very pleased with their services and I am now considering moving all my properties under their care.

A few words to mention the exceptional service I have received from Melvin during the one and a half years that he was responsible for managing the letting of my property.

There were many issues that needed to be addressed during the two tenancies, all of which were professionally and promptly dealt with by Melvin. He was also incredibly helpful in negotiating and resolving two tricky end of tenancy agreements, effectively minimising the stress on my part.

I would also like to thank Becky for her work on the financial side of the letting. Many thanks again!

I have a few properties, and I've had some bad experiences with agents, but I have to say this agency has been excellent from start to finish. Really can't fault them.
