I've rented most of my life and never come across a more unprofessional, incapable, worthless, disrespectful, letting agency than Crendon House. They have showed absolutely no interest in me or the property I rented through them - even though it was under a fully managed contract.
There were issues with the flat, but Crendon House didn't want to know. We were promised maintance but didn't get it, the flat came with gated parking but they did not supply a key, they charged us a fee for the security gate even though we didn't have one. There are so many issues it is quite unbelieveable to us. Never, ever use them.

They were dreadful in dealing with my enquiry and disinterested in attracting my custom. They failed to turn up to a viewing and did not inform me. In general I would not touch them with a bargepole.

Dreadful customer service from the Senior Partner and trainee lettings person over the telephone. Compared to other letting agents in the area AWFUL!! Definitely would not waste time with them again.

Total misrepresentation of of the rental from the start. Apart from a letter of apology and a silly offer of compensation they have washed their hands of this situation.

We had many problems with Crendon House. They never rang to inform us about anything, problems and otherwise, even when we left messages asking them to ring back. They made multiple mistakes with our paperwork, such as printing the wrong address or forgetting to give us certain parts. We almost didn't get the keys on the right date because they were an hour late to open *and* spent another hour getting the keys sorted, which wouldn't have been so bad except it was the last day of business before they closed for Christmas.
All in all, very unprofessional. The staff were friendly, but this hardly makes up for the stress they caused us.

I have used a number of agents in High Wycombe buying selling and renting and till now haven't found one that is able to get on and do what they are paid for until I used Crendon House. The staff were friendly and knew exactly what my needs were so I was sent round the house as you might say. I will only deal with this company from now on as my dealings with Philip Green and a few others in the area have been useless.

I used Crendon House and they were fine. The keys were entrusted to them and the house was never disturbed. There were viewings and the house was sold in the period of a month.
I would not recommend Fendom & Dawson Solicitors though. When I bought the house, they made a mistake in the conveyancing and having ignored my complaint, had a formal complaint lodged with the Law Society and compensation was given.

They never ever give you any updates. Every time you contact them they tell you a different story. Basically they have not got a clue what is going on. During my proposed purchase they even had a branch manager quit. Considering what they get paid they DO NOT deserve their commission. Do not use them.
