I had an awful terrible experience with the Coutts De Lisle ( lettings ) as they have not only wasted my time in searching for the right property but also the attitude and the tone of language ( rude and snub) they use.
I have found them misleading, dishonest, and not transparent when it comes to the renting procedure . Definetely not to refer to any friend or acquaintance.Was this review helpful? Yes

My property in Earls Court was let by another agent in February this year and I instructed them to manage the rental. They did such a bad job that my tenants were in constant contact with me and even threatened to take legal action. I instructed Coutts de Lisle to take over the management of the rental 3 months ago. They have professionally and speedily dealt with all the problems. My tenant is happily enjoying their home and I’m enjoying the peace and quiet. I fully recommend their service. Good work!

I would absolutely recommend Coutts de lisle to anyone looking for a property. Considering we were in contact with upwards of 20 agencies only 3 I have kept details of to recommend to any friends, Coutts de Lisle being one of them.

I was running late for a property viewing stuck in traffic and as I was driving and 2 minutes away I missed the agency's call. Following the missed call I received a text 10 minutes after the agreed appointment time with a message telling me to 'f*** off and live in a drain.' How can a professional agency use such abusive language?! It was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. I would advise any potential clients to not use this agency - if they are like this with prospective clients what else would they be like if/when there are more serious issues to deal with? Just don't use them.

From start to finish the best estate agents I've used in London. Very proffessional, honest, listened to our requirements and only showed us quality places. 6 months into our tenancy our property flooded severely and the management department has been excellent. Have already told all my friends and colleagues about them. Keep up the good work!

This is by far the most incompetent Realtors I have ever come across. This place is a sleepy office off Pembroke Road, and they have no reason to be so arrogant, they don't have many properties on their books, nor any walk-ins, or many calls! Rude staff, terrible service, bullying tactics. They had independent builders quote and carry out 'essential' work for me. Turned out the builders are part of their 'company' and none of the work that i paid for was actually carried out (apart from a lick of paint) and it was a con ripping me off!

I found Coutts De Lisle staff very courtesies, honest and knowledgeable. They let my property rather quickly and gave me good feedback from the viewings. Their management has been great and I am very pleased. I will highly recommend them when it comes to management and lettings.

They owe me money. They charged to the tenant but never passed it on. Is this the definition of a crook?
