First time I saw this website but I am not surprised with the comments.
I am trying to let/buy but it feels if I am doing them a favour. Good service to start with until the first visit, I doubt that they have contacted the owner of the premises when I placed several offers.Was this review helpful? Yes

Utterly useless, they do not reply to phone calls, emails, etc. A terrible service especially when I am a prospective buyer, whoever is in charge of this office really needs a course in customer relations.

Coughlan Evans should be avoided at all costs. Nick Coughlan in particular is quite possibly the rudest, laziest, most ignorant man to ever work in a 'Was this review helpful? Yes
