    Rude, Liar's, Unprofessional, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Put DSS (housing benefit) tenants in propeties without telling the landlord!!!! Very slimmey and Dodgy!! DO NOT USE FOR LETTINGS!!!

    I generally think COSWAY are dishonest. One property we were interested in they said was sold and no longer available when in actual fact it was withdrawn from them and up with another agent. We didn’t find this out for a while which is why we continued to use COSWAY. We put an offer in on another property which was accepted only to be informed the day before the survey that they had accepted another offer. Does this mean COSWAY continued to show people the house when it was classed as 'under offer' COSWAY claim that the interested party happened to 'knock on the door of the house’ it appears to be one lie after another.
