As 5 students moving into our new house we expected it to be clean, also boasting about the fact that we'd have a dishwasher which to this day has still not been fixed. Upon moving in sinks and sides were dirty and the carpet smelt damp for weeks. This was just the first of our experiences with Cosgroves. We then experience things such as our hall light completely falling from the ceiling, cupboard doors breaking off and a leaking toilet all of which needed to be sorted immediately but when I rang and reported all of this no one bothered returning my call to even let me know they were going... Cosgroves have gone out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. All we were expecting was a clean apartment to move in to, they could not provide this, and made it out to be our fault for moving in, please if you insist on using them, make sure and check the place you intent to move into again before handing over any money, to make sure all they say will be done, is done, once they get their money, they will not do any more. Avoid using them if at all possible. They made a simple move very stressful.

My friends are using them and wish they could get out of the contract. Lucky they have taken some photos of the state of the place that was promised to be in good condition. Don’t pay them any money until you see the place in and are will to move in to it. Don’t take any promise from them. You will see them on BBC rogue traders soon trust me.

Just terrible, do not even try to get the property from them because you will regret it. Just rip off en of.
