I have used Coopers to rent our my property snce August 2004. Since, February 2007, I have had to chase Coopers to forward the money that they collected from my tenants into my bank account.
They charge all their fees upfront which is very dubious practice. They charged me a 12 month contract renewal fee and then when the tenants announced that they were moving out were unable to produce a new twelve month tenancy agreement.
Short staffed. Avoid at all costs!

i felt very let down by Coopers, some of the staff were very unhelpful. i believe it cost me alot of money

I said: "I am looking for a house with offroad parking" - and the guy in Coopers' Oxford Road branch rudely laughed his face off.
I believe there must be a more polite way of saying "Sorry, we haven't got any at the moment."
