This agent. One of the worse. We are a group of 4 students. They over charge, they make up new charges, they don't keep to their word, all they want is that reservation fee so your in their hands. Never again. Will tell every friend of mine in Brunel. I don't know how they are in business. Us students need to get together and make sure that this place is never reached by another student. Disgusting

I had a fantastic experience letting a property through this company, all paperwork was smooth, easy going, fee's are not expensive, and the help I received throughout was great. They are a great bunch who I would use again. Maybe its the type of person you are Glasto, because everybody rants and raves about how good this company are, I rest my case!!!

Absolutely awful - estate agents are awful and unsympathetic. Also fabricated information. Flat was in a terrible state though they claimed it was professionally cleaned. Dozens of photographs to prove otherwise. Have only been a tenant for 1 week 5 days and already regret it. Signed the contract and expected to go for a check in and inventory but it didn't happen. Awful service.
Don't use them. If I were a landlord, I would be mortified that my flat was let in the state this one was and as a tenant once they e got your money they don't care.
