Helen was very professional and fair to me and the buyer . She always kept me informed of developments . All of the staff were very helpful . As I lived in another part of the country to the location of the property I was unable to visit very often and someone from Cooke and Co called in on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. I was always kept up to date about viewings and comments. I would recommend Cooke and Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

having just sold & bought properties using cooke &co i have to say how pleased my husband & i are with the service we have recieved, we have no complaints about any of the staff we came in contact with. Special mention for Helen, without her help & advice our purchase would have been ten times more stressful - especially helpful dealing with our stroppy solicitor! whenever i contacted Helen she was prompt, polite & most important of all totally professional, i felt she went out of her way to help us, however, when i thanked her for this she said "that's my job, this is the service you are paying for", this was our second time selling, & third time buying a property with cooke & co, personally i wouldn't use any other agent

From start to finish nigal (and all his staff bent over backwards for us ) we left them a key and they sorted out all viewings etc , we didnt have to lift a finger from start to finish , we also found that there fees were the best around , we never once had to chase them up , they phoned us EVERY time there was a development , if only every estate agent was as good as cooke and co the housing market would be booming

Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the years I have to say if you are looking for fantastic customer service from a highly professional team these guys do the business. I have bought and sold various properties with Cooke & Co over the years and they have never let me down. From keeping me updated on progress, to scheduling viewings they are extremely pro-active in their approach and get the job done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or working with them again in the future. First Class!

Very good location in town center with an atractive look to it. All the staff I delt with were always professional and pleasant to speak to, if they couldn't give you an answer to a question, they always came back to me with it. They helped make the process very straight forward.

Helen Amis was absolutely fantastic as I had lots of problems caused by my buyer. She was very professional and eager to help resolve the problems that occurred. Her service was second to none!! This is the third time I have sold a property with Cooke & Co. as each time I have received excellent service but this time the service from Helen exceeded my expectations.

Unlike Olive I can only say one world "Profesional". I have bought and sold a lot of properties in my time and never have I been so informed/kept in the loop with what is going on. I was in a big chain and although there were problems with other sellers the chain was kept tgetther by ony one agent and that was Cooke's. Thanks Cooke & Co.

I purchased my flat through Cooke and Co and the advice and customer service I experienced was exceptional. Richard was very helpful in finding me the perfect property and Helen worked very hard to make sure I was kept up to date with how my purchase progressed. I couldn't recommend Cooke and Co and the team who work there highly enough.

Some agents in your area registered me and I never heard from them again. Without you I would never have found my dream home. I have added myself to many property websites to look for our 1st home and get bombarded with houses that we are not interested in. Nikki from Cooke & Co took time to ask us about our requirements and has shown us some 1st class properties. The emails I receive are clear and to the point and every property I have visited have been to our requirements. We are currently putting an offer on our first house and strongly believe with out the professionalism and support we have had from Cooke & Co we would still be renting. I strongly recommend this company!

Nigel and his staff at Cooke and Co did a great job of ensuring that the purchase of my new property in Tynemouth proceeded smoothly. Even when issues arose Nigel was extremely helpful, getting personally involved with the vendor to find equitable resolutions. I would highly recommend the 'Coastal Specialists' because that is exactly what they are, they have unsurpassed knowledge of the market and the properties they are marketing. This is the most unhelpful estate agency I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is dreadful, they are rude and unpleasant on the phone and very unwilling to give important details about the property. From personal experience I can confirm that they do not tell the truth about appointments and the availability or otherwise of property. I would never buy a property from them after this terrible experience, or even go and see a property they were handling.

Basically a very good office location with very nice staff who seemed to be very profesional and with the owner in charge, everyone has an interest in giving the customer a good service, both buyer and seller.

I used Cooke & Co when I sold my property recently. The service was second to none. It's really refreshing to meet somebody who is friendly and professional at the same time. I felt like Nigel was with me every step of the way. It's a shame I no longer live in the area because I would have no problem selling my house with Nigel again. A first class service from someone local who is with you every step of the way, you can't ask much more really.

I recently sold my home through Cooke & Co and I was really impressed. From valuation, right up to the day I moved, they were always helpful and understanding as this was the first time I had moved in a long time. Their valuation was spot on and a buyer was found very quickly. The whole process went through so smoothly I hardly had time to worry. They called me regularly with updates and whenever I was unsure about something they were always happy and able to help. I can not recommend them enough.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the sale and were always in control which made me feel much more confident about the whole process.
