   I used Conran Estates for their IFA, I dealt with Jeff Lever who was able to offer very good clear ,concise advice relating to my re-mortgage plus other financial questions I asked him. I have always found him to be friendly, polite and respectful at all times. Jeff is a credit to Conran Estates.

   When I next buy a property I would not hesitate to use Conran Estates, they are simply the best!

   I think they have been the best agents, they tried their hardest to get my partner and I the flat we wanted - and we got it. They are so personal and so friendly, we have only good things to say about them. They truly have been the best agency we have ever used. We can't say thank you enough!

   The only hitch was when I arrived at the property for the viewing and there was no one there to meet me. This was a bit irritating, and I dont think had anything to do with Jodie. After that, the service has been great and all my emails and phone calls have been followed up very quickly. I am hoping to let the property through them and so think that they will provide a good service with their local knowledge.

   I instructed Conrans Estate to sell my property experiencing an unpleasant experience and dissatisfaction with another Greenwich high street agent. He convinced me to allow Conrans Estate the opportunity to sell my property. It turned out to be the best thing I could have done. At a time when the market was shaky (2010) I found him to be professional, had great communication and professional with every contact. The communication and service was fabulous.    I stayed more than three years at 45B Victoria Way, Charlton SE7 7UF, Jodie Jefferies was committed, nice and always available, she knows the difference between a client/tenant and a Person leaving in HOME that she manages.
   She was always ready to help when I was in the porperty and after I left. She made the difference at/for Conran Estates.
   Above all she has been doing her job in a gentle and honourable way.

    I particularly found both Jodie and Michael's service to be Excellent and would recommend their professionalism, service way above par in an industry where high scores are not normally given - for good reason. Both individuals 'owned' your questions/problems/requests and endeavoured to resolve them/return with solutions and with a sense of humour.

    I didnt give the whole agency an excellent rating because in my experience there are areas that can be improved on - on the whole though I think this is an agent with an edge over others with some extremely good employees - A busy landlord's perspective.

    I have dealt with Jodie for a couple of years due to her knowledge and professionalism of what I'm looking for in an Agent/ Agency.
    Ms Jefferies is always one step ahead and keeps me updated about any new regulations that could benefit and protect me as a Landlady such as the Tenancy deposit scheme & the Professional inventory list offered by Conran Estates as well as adding a break clause to my Tenancy Agreement to protect both Parties.
    Having a link to an agent like Jodie takes the Stress away from me as a Landlady which in my opinion makes her an asset to Conran.

    I have been a Landlord in Greenwich for over 10 years and have known Tamer Alcici for most of this. His office has been successful in finding me good tenants on several occasions. I very much value his local knowledge of the lettings market and rent values, which in my experience has been realistic.

    As a professional footballer in the public eye I needed to use an estate agent who works with high integrity and who conducts themselves with high morals. I was recommended to use Conran estates and I was so happy with their marketing, which is market leading for sure, and communication.

    Property sold within a week and whilst there were some issues with the purchasers along the way, their experience ensured any challenges were easily overcome.

    Well done Conran Estates, by far the best agent I have used yet (and I have had many experiences).

    Conran were a delight to use when purchasing my first home. I am certain I was a nightmare client and in spite of that they always responded with patience, professionalism and politeness. As a first time buyer I had no idea what I was doing, but the team at Conran helped me through every step, making the process as painless as possible. They were also fantastic communicators, always keeping me up to date on what was going on and very easy to get in touch with via phone and email. I will definitely be using Conran again!

    Conran Estates have been letting and managing my property for nearly 3 years now. We have had some glitches, mainly to do with building contractors, but after an unlucky start with repair issues, things have gone more smoothly. I have had dealings with various staff members, but the most professional, pleasant and helpful person I speak to is Anne Angus. When she is on the case I know that the matter will be attended to swiftly and well: I recommend her very highly indeed. The other staff member I have singled out is Chetna Patel. Chetna understands my sometimes complicated queries, she calls back promptly, and is efficient and helpful. A big thank you to both of them.
