Used Conran Estates to sell my flat in the One SE8 development. They were excellent throughout the process. Tamer impressed at the valuation, showing honesty, knowledge and interest in both the flat and the local area. Nicola took over from there and was excellent from start to finish. Sold within a week. My buyer was looking to complete very quickly in order to benefit from the Stamp Duty exemption. That we made that deadline (on the deadline day) was in no small part thanks to the drive and initiative Nicky showed. She was open and honest, proactive and led me through the process. She even chased the estate agents and conveyancers on my purchase (a deal Conran Estates had no direct role in) in order to ensure the sale was a success. Fantstic, in strong contrast to both sets of conveyencers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Nikki has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
From initially showing us around the property, she was upfront and honest with regards to her opinion on the property, its rent-abliltiy as well as its current market value.
Since putting in the offer Nikki has provided us with complete transparency into the sales process. She has aslo been very prompt and precise in response to any queries we have thrown her way.
As first time buyers, we are delighted with the service we have received thus far, all of which has made buying our house a relatively stress free process.

Laura wa exceptional ! Not only in providing only property details she knew I would want but keeping me up to date the whole way through the process. Always with a proffesional and friendly manner she made sure the sale was as painless as possible and went out of her way to include me in the whole process.
I cannot fault ANY of the staff at Conran and they have dealt with all my questions and hassle without fault.
A pleasure to use their services and this is proven by the fact that I use Chetna Patel for my rental property and will continue to use them for future purchases.

Nicky is probably the best and most hard-working Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. Our purchase has been beset by problems, but she has worked constantly to overcome these and keep things on track. She has kept us informed regularly about what is going on.

We had this beautiful house rented with a contract for 12 months and 4 months down the line, unfortunate family events determined us to bring our contract to an early end and move to our home country. Chetna was very understanding and supportive, and she managed to explain and convince the Lanlord about our situation in such a way that we didn't have to pay any penalties. Conran Estates is definately one of the best Lettings Agencies we worked with since we came in London in 2003. Both me and my wife were very surprised with the warm aproach and quick service they offered through our stay. We can only hope that if the future brings us back to London they will accept us as their clients again. Chetna, thank you for your support.

Tamer the manager is a true professional. Anna Angus was excellent in ensuring that repairs or other issues were dealt with efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. Both of these members of staff did their uttermost best to ensure my property was taken care of - and they were always friendly and helpful.
(On one occasion a rude, pushy member of staff insisted I accept a tenant without full references & was impolite when I refused. Tamer however dealt with this matter. I was disappointed with the inventory company used - because items went missing (handsfree phone & radio DVD system) from the flat & a piece of furniture was damaged - yet I was never made aware of at the time).

Overall I've been impressed by Conrans and their assistance with our first tenancy. Chetna has always been quick to respond to any queries and very diligent in resolving problems quickly. I know she has also been covering for other staff but always managed the inventory, check in etc without fuss or taking shortcuts. I would happily recommend Conran's not only for their service but their knowledge of the local area which was much stronger than two other London chain agents.

I was lucky enough to find my property through Conran Estates. I used the word lucky as I know that buying property is full of risk and a lot depends on how good the estate agent is. I registered with Jodie Jefferies and from the word go found her to be responsive, understanding and she actually listed to what I wanted rather than just email me loads of details that weren't relevant for me like a lot of other agents did. She also used the phone which I found quite refreshing. Email is good but it's nice to have chat with someone every once in a while too! I'm happy to say that I am now moved in to my new flat and I will be considering buying a buy to let property in the next year or so. I'm keen to register only with Conran Estates again and hope to deal with Jodie.

We found our first rental flat via Tamer at Conran Estates. Unlike other agents we have experienced, Tamer is extremely well presented, candid and clear in his communications and very professional.
I also found Tamer to be super responsive to my emails via his blackberry. These may be tiny things, but for any professional like me, it really makes the difference in service.

Having worked for an estate agents previously, I was very keen to make sure I found the correct company to deal with the letting of my house.
Tamer Alcici was recommended to me by someone at work and I have not been disappointed! Very professional and constantly in contact to keep me updated. My property was let extremely quickly, to my exact requirements and I feel very confident that it will be in safe hands while I am living abroad.

I Contacted Jodie effries to find out what properties were available for rent in the grenwich area. She was very professional and went through all my needs and wants regarding the property location and also found out if there were schools int the area as i have children.

I recently became landlord and I initially opted for Conran Estates because their staff were clear and concise regarding prospects, fees and timetable. They found me ideal tenants and kept me informed from start to finish. Chetna handled the inventory, tenant checks etc. amazingly quickly and got the tenants in my property much earlier than I could have imagined! She and Anne were extremely proficient, knowledgeable and accommodating - they help to give estates agents a better name!!

I found Chetna very helpful and friendly & polite. I was impressed with the speed in which everything was taken care off, especially in arranging for a Gas saftey engineer at short notice to attend the property. I was also impressed that I had left a few messages with a collegue and found that when I spoke to Chetna that the messages had been relayed and acted upon. I think the ladies name I spoke to on the phone was Anna, who again was very polite and helpful. I was also impressed with the speed on receiving my Inventory check in document, more so that the amendments requested were taken care of immediatly, this was taken care of by Donna.
Overall a friendly team to be working with, also to mention Rob and the team in Eltham who originally came round to access the property.

To me, it appeared that Sinead Okusanya took personal efforts to finalize the rental deal for the property. I am really obliged to her for dealing with the furniture issue of the property. While dealing with her, I felt relaxed as the atmosphere was always cordial.

All staff I met were courteous and professional, I found Jodie professional, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. All requests were carried out quickly and efficiently which enabled the smooth purchase, any delays were dealt with quickly. I received excellent advice and she put me in contact with any other people I need for my purchase. Jeff gave me excellent independent financial advice which enabled me to purchase the property in the most efficient manner. I have rented out my flat through Conrans for the past 6 months and they have certainly lived up to their promises and I have no cause for complaints. It is very stressful moving country and the Greenwich conran estates team did an excellent job of putting my mind at rest, working quickly to advertise my property and finding me tenants in a couple of days - the first people that walked through the door! I would just like to say that myself and husband have had a fantastic experience with this estate agents and the two agents mentioned above in particular. Tamer has provided us with valuable advice even when we weren't actually buying one of their properties. Jodie has been very easy to deal with, she has showed us several properties and has always been informative, honest but not pushy in the least. Also, providing advice easily without there being an immediate/ direct benefit to her. We had to sell our property through the shared ownership scheme otherwise we would have definitely used Conran based on our experiences with the staff. In the future they will be our first choice.

Tamer and the team were by far the best agents dealing with the letting of our property in Greenwich, Tamer specifically was brilliant to deal with. Also the only agent that had made the effort to take great photos of our property, does make a difference. Very specific market required for our flat but he still managed to secure us a rate we were happy with and within a realistic time frame.

The only hitch was when I arrived at the property for the viewing and there was no one there to meet me. This was a bit irritating, and I dont think had anything to do with Jodie. After that, the service has been great and all my emails and phone calls have been followed up very quickly. I am hoping to let the property through them and so think that they will provide a good service with their local knowledge.

I particularly found both Jodie and Michael's service to be Excellent and would recommend their professionalism, service way above par in an industry where high scores are not normally given - for good reason. Both individuals 'owned' your questions/problems/requests and endeavoured to resolve them/return with solutions and with a sense of humour.
I didnt give the whole agency an excellent rating because in my experience there are areas that can be improved on - on the whole though I think this is an agent with an edge over others with some extremely good employees - A busy landlord's perspective.

As a professional footballer in the public eye I needed to use an estate agent who works with high integrity and who conducts themselves with high morals. I was recommended to use Conran estates and I was so happy with their marketing, which is market leading for sure, and communication.

Both Tamer and Laura were extremely efficient, organised, understanding, and professional in all matters surrounding my property purchase, especially as we neared the contract exchange stage which is the most stressful part - Tamer and Laura were very good and keeping myself and the vendor updated without chasing too much, i will definitely use them when i decide to sell this property.

From the very first visit to the office Tamer was really helpful and took me out straight away to view a few properties to rent. I found one that day went back to the office and did all the paperwork and was in my new home under 3 weeks. I found Conran Estates very professional, polite and over all excellent. I have rented through other agents in the past and not been too impressed, I certainly recommend Conran to anyone that is looking to rent.

The agent helped with the whole process of preparing the house for rental, including drawing up the contract and making an inventory. She also found a reliable tenant very quickly and manages the property efficiently, keeping me informed as necessary. I would highly recommend them.

I was very apprehensive about looking for a new property and was worried that the estate agent would be 100% sales orientated. However, Tamer was absolutely brilliant!!! He made me feel comfortaable straight away. His customer servcice is second to none and he was so easy to talk to and get along with. He was very honest with all the questions I asked and he really listened to me and seemed to understand what I wanted amd what I was looking for. I was quite fussy and Tamer went the extra mile to help e find somethign that I would like. Nothing was too much for Tamer and nothing was a problem. I would reccomend Conran Estates and Tamer to anyone who is looking to buy or rent a new property.I am more thna happy with mine!!!! I also wish Tamer every success in the future because he really does deserve it!!!!

Jodie guides me through the process of finding and buying the desired property and keeps me up to date on the progress. She has sent me profiles of well picked properties which matched to my preferences until, quite quickly, she found the right one.
She handled the bidding process in a very fair way so none of the part taking parties could take advantage.
Unlike the typical sales reps she doesn't hassle me into closing mortgage deals or sign up with other services. She actually gives me good advice on not to move too fast until the time is right. Still she has all service providers at hand when needed.

I have known Tamer for many years. He has assisted me in finding tenants when needed. I have a small portfolio of buy to lets which I manage. He is a good listener and communicator, therfore always manages to find me the 'right' tenant.
He is always open to negiotate when required.
I have built a very good relationship with Jodie over the past few years I have know her. She is always polite and extremely professional. We used to let the above property through a large agent which we found very inefficient and impersonal with a different contact almost every time you needed to ring them . We changed to Conran Estates at Greenwich and found them to be excellent. We deal mostly with Lindsey Terry who is very helpful and always sorts out any problems quickly and efficiently. The staff are very friendly and good at their job.

I am renting my property with Conran Estates for the last 4/5 Years. I even bought it through them couple of years before that.
I have never had any complain to formulate with them. They manage my property pretty well taking a neutral position between tenant and landlord, they always come back to you in time, when there is a problem, offering you couple of solutions or alternatives you can select, which helps, when you are abroad and sometimes run out of contacts or solution to fix it.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but feel if ever there was worthy cause this is it!!! I have to tell everybody out there looking to let their property to use Conrans, first class service and a pleasure to deal with!

I own a number of properties and deal with lots of estate agents.
Conran have managed 2 flats for me for the last four or five years. They find good, reliable tenants for me promptly and they take away all of the hassle that comes with being a landlord. Jodie is great. She organises all of the repairs and even when furniture has broken, she arranges replacements that are decent to look at, very reasonably priced and of good quality. I trust her completely and don't even need to get involved.
I decided to pay a managing agent because I didn't want the hassle, however in the years that Conran have managed my properties, I'm not sure whether I have lost even a week of rental income. So rather than costing me some of my rental income, they've increased it.
I really couldn't recommend Jodie and Conran more highly.

I have been renting my property through Conran Estate for some years now and have always found the staff to be so helpful, accommodating and not frightened to do a good bit of decent hard work for both the property owner and the tenant. There are quite a lot of estate agents in Greenwich especially on the High Road and I personally found Conran Estates to be the most charming and friendly estate agent of them all. There was no feeling of 'snobbery' and 'you're not good enough to be walking through our doors', which I'm sad to say I had experienced in some estate agents. One can not always look like a millionaire!!!! Keep up the good work and Ill be in touch in a few months when my 'let' is up.

I have had and continue to have first rate experiences with Conran Estates in Charlton both in originally purchasing my home and subsequently a few years later letting it out.
I have found them to be very responsive to any issues that I or the tenants have had. They have enlisted good quality resources to fix any defaults as soon as they arose.
They have secured new tenants with a very quick turnaround and taken any stress or worry that I may have had, being located overseas, out of the process. I have always had a very friendly service from them.

Anne Angus and her team at Conrans have been fantastic. I had previously let my property with another letting company but I was very dissappointed at the poor service I received. I moved to Conrans hoping for a better service. The contrast with the service I received at Conrans from the whole team was amazing. You really feel like they care about your home. Everyone does their best for you. When my tenants moved out there was only a 4 day gap before the new tenants moved in. If you want to let your property out and you want your property looked after, you have to go with Conrans.

I contacted the branch in greenwich high road to request some information on a number of properties advertised on your website. I spoke with a young man called Tamer Alcici, who was helpful, polite and understood my requirements, and pointed out what properties were avalible in the area I required. He was also friendly and made my search a lot easier that it was when I rung other agents beforehand. Its rare to have a positive experience with a estate agent, as normally they can make you feel pressured and bullied, but with mr alcici this was not the case. We put our property on the market through conran estates in December last year, within days Nicky called us with an offer, she did a fantastic job (and without the hard sell you usually expect from estate agents) in negotiating a price that was acceptable to us. The process was made swift and pain free thanks to nickys hard work and persistence. She kept us informed and dealt with all issues that occurred quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I moved to the UK in August 2010 on a work secondment at short notice. The first month of house-hunting was a nightmare and as my work was based in Canary Wharf any estate agents I contacted seemed obsessed with bringing me to some of the apartment blocks in Blackwall or near Commercial Road with views and within earshot of either the DLR or a major road. A couple of short-lets fell through at the last minute and the attitude of the agents seemed to be 'take it or leave it'. When I first met with Nicky Moody in Conran Estates in Greenwich, she was the first agent who really tried to get to know what I was looking for and ended up showing me a place before it had even come to the market as such - an amazing character place in Greenwich town centre. I have been living in that place now for 18 months almost and again with renewing the lease Nicky and her colleagues in the office were entirely helpful and made the whole thing hassle-free. I can thoroughly recommend Nicky and the team and will be sticking with them for the time I am in London either renting or buying a place. 5 stars

When looking for possible locations and properties to let in the surrounding area of Greenwich, this estate agents proved very helpful and informative. I was personally dealt with by Tamer Alcici, who I found to be very friendly and approachable. Due to relocation through my employment, I had a very little time frame in which to arrange new accommodation. Tamer Alcici was very methodical and efficient when organising viewings for properties, and understanding of the limited time in which we had to move in. Myself having no prior knowledge of the South East London area, Tamer's experience and advice proved vital in helping me choose an appropriate dwelling. I contacted Conran Estates as wanted some advice on renting my property and what my best options were. I spoke to Tamer Alcici at the Greenwich branch and he was really helpful. I was clearly not in a position to make any decisions at the initial chat with Tamer and never gave him any indication that I would take on hs services however, he still was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the answers that i needed. He is someone that I would be confident to deal with when I decide to put my property to rent. He clearly listened to everything I had to say and advised me accordingly.

Nicky went over and above, when it came to selling me my new home. There were various hurdles thrown at me from the vendor and Nicky helped me resolve each one, rather than just leaving the as my problem. (even resolved one whilst on her holiday) Professional thoughout, I really appreciate her direct and honest approach to the properties I viewed (i'm wasn't spun any lines or usual sales patter) and she helped me make my final decision - it is my biggest purchase to date! Compared to my dealings with other agents in Greenwich, Conrans and in particular Nicky set a new standard that the competition don't even come close to. I will be choosing them for my future sale.

Rob Iommazzo has found the last 2 tenants for me from the lettings office in Eltham. He has been helpful, enthusiastic, conscientious and professional in his approach, so that I am confident that he really knows his job and does it well.
Lindsey Terry in the Lettings Management office has been helpful and useful. She knows all the relevant regulations, and uses great diplomacy in dealing with tenants who may be difficult; she has helped me achieve sensible settlements and sensible access for work to be done, and I know she is always available at the end of the phone if I need her help.

My girlfriend and I have been looking to buy a family home for several months now and the wonderful Nicky Moody has found it for us. When I was looking for a property all the agents I had registered my details with were absolutely useless. They would show me properties way out of my budget and not all matching my requirements given. I've always found Conran estates to be a helpful Agent in my years of letting out my property. They have a good knowledge of the Lettings business and take the strain out of being a Landlord. Their knowledge of the Legal aspects of Letting and Professional contacts in the building industry have resulted in the provision of an excellent service to me as a Landlord. If the Tenant reports a problem to them they contact me quickly and always offer a solution, but wait for my authorisation before proceeding.
As I do not live close to my property it is important that I have an Agent that I can trust to look after it, and I feel they do this capably. Jodie and Lindsey have been particluarly helpful over the years.

Laura was brilliant in helping me with my flat search. She was quick, efficient and upfront and minus any 'spiel' but always with a smile. The agents keep me informed imediately when any works are required and obtains my consent to the quote before proceeding - not so easy as I live abroad. I used Conran Estates in Greenwich to sell my property and they sold my house before it even hit the market which we were impressed about as well achieving the asking price. There were a few delays and the buyers solicitors just taking a week to reply to anything, but Tamer dealt with this very efficently and pushed our sale through in the end. I would have no hesitation using Conrans again if the need arises in the future.

I just exchanged contracts on my first property purchase today, and I really cannot rate Nicky Moody at Conran Estates Greenwich highly enough - she has gone far beyond what I would expect from an estate agent and I can honestly say that without her, we wouldn't have successfully got to this stage. Although I am a first time buyer and the purchase didn't involve a chain, we have unfortunately had delays over several months in agreeing everything and exchanging contracts. Nicky has been instrumental in pushing the process forward, making multiple visits to the property, chivvying up the relevant solicitors, arranging for utlilities to be connected, getting quotes from locksmiths....the list goes on and on and on! Nothing has been too much trouble for her, and she is always really professional, smiley and positive; a really easy person to work with. I would definitely recommend Conran Estates to anyone, and if you're lucky enough to have Nicky as your agent, you will be in very safe hands. Thanks Nicky for all your hard work.

This estate agents is one to remember i am new to London to being a landlady but i have been blown away by the way you deal with the properties that you take care off etc.

These guys sold my flat within one day of it being on the market. Nicky jumped through hoops to get the thing through having to deal with mental first time buyers that must have come from another planet. She even got things fixed in the empty property to push it through.

Nicky was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the whole sale process. Unfortunately, my sellers were rather impatient to complete the sale and put both Nicky and myself under huge pressure to complete. We recently purchased through Conran Estates. We found all the staff we occasionally dealt with very helpful, always making sure my messages arrived. I found Nicky exceptional from 1st viewing to completion. Without her dedication we would be seriously still waiting to complete. Nicky kept the ball rolling by contacting all parties involved and keeping us constantly informed. She made us feel as though we were her only clients. This dedication is continuing as we wish to let the property. Tamer was very hands-on during the process, providing me with the information I needed in a professional and friendly manner. Things were done swiftly but never hurried through and we were confident throughout the process. When our application was handed over to another member of staff (Chetna), I sent a lot of emails about the property as it was newly refurbished from offices which can pose a bit of a nightmare when it comes to bills, etc. Chetna dealt with every request very quickly which helped put us at ease.
One small snag came when we were given the wrong communal door key to the flat but they were very apologetic and offered to collect the key from us when we'd finished moving in.
All in all, very happy indeed!

We had to start looking for a new property to rent the week before Christmas, despite everyone slowing down before the festive break Tamer was on fire and on top of everything right from the go! Even checking his emails while on his break to ensure that our viewing in between Christmas and New Year went ahead and was a success. Chetna covered the contract side and was professional and demonstrated her knowledge and dealt with everything professionally and very quickly. In all it has taken us 3.5 weeks to find, view, secure and move in to our new home! Must be a record! I am so grateful and would highly recommend Conran! Highly commend Tamer and Chetna.

Having failed to sell with another agent in the area, Conran's approach was a breath of fresh air. We recently used conran estates to sell our property and we were very delighted with the service we had receieved from start to finish. We were kept informed during the entire selling process and were given sound advice on our new purchase also, the transaction went through very smoothly without any major issues, i was very impressed with rob iommazzo who intial was involved in instructing my property on the market right through to liaing with my buyers and my solicitor in seeing the sale through to completion. I was also very pleased with the eltham sales team who sold my property within a reasonable timeframe and kept me informed of all the current viewing and offers.

I would highly recommend Conran Estates. We marketed our property with the Eltham branch but sold within 2 weeks via their Charlton office. Their marketing tools, including photographs are far superior to other agencies. I recommended Conran Estates to a colleague who was struggling to sell with another agent and they also secured a sale within a very short time.
The branches work together very well and everyone I dealt with was very experienced and efficient. I would highlight the Charlton office as being particularly excellent to deal with.
I would not hesitate in using Conran Estates again.

Having chosen to sell my property late towards the end of the year I wasn’t expecting a turnaround until early 2012 or later, however it just goes to show what difference it can make when selecting the right Estate Agent. I had three other agents in the area on my shortlist and I must say Conran Estates left a lasting impression. From the moment met the manager Rob, I felt secure in the fact that his professionalism, honesty and courteous manner would reflect in the process of marketing my property. I chose Conran Estates to sell my property from 3 local agents. The manager, Rob, at their Eltham office was by far the most professional person to value my property. He was confident and I instantly trusted him to make my move as smooth as possible, having just had my first baby I really didn't need any extra stress! All of Rob's promises were delivered and my flat was sold within 4 weeks of being marketed! The fantastic customer service didn't stop there though, I was kept up to date every step of the way to completion without any headaches! If I ever had the need to use an estate agent in London again for buying, selling or renting I would definitely go straight back to Conran Estates. I cannot recommend them enough!

I contacted the Greenwich branch of Conrans together with two other estate agents when letting out my apartment. Of the three Conrans struck me as very upfront, pleasant and knowledgeable. I met Nicky and she came across as a down to earth and straightforward professional. The favourable impression I had of the agency continued throughout the process. I usually dealt with either Nicky or Laura and both were on top of their brief consistently and very pleasant to deal with.
Conrans secured a number of viewings and the communication was very good. I particularly liked the progress reports that they emailed to me at regular intervals. We secured a tenant prior to my leaving UK and the service since then has also been fine.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Conrans.

The main thing that we like about Conran is that all the staff are personable and very approachable. We got replies to emails even after hours which we appreciated during the stressful time of moving home . We also liked the fact that the managing director was readily available when we had any issues and this was one of the reasons we decided to instruct Conran and not another agent. All-in-all, and although there are emotional ups and downs in all property transactions when the property concerned is your home, the experience with Conran was a very good one. Indeed, we recommended Conran's services to others during the process and will continue to do so now it is completed.

My first initial contact was with Tamer Alcici who is now the Branch Manager, responsible for lettings management. He listened to my requirements and gave me assurance from the beginning they would be able to meet my needs.

'Conran Estates' is, in my experience, an excellent letting agency. I have always found the staff to be totally trustworthy and matters are dealt with in a very professional manner. They work to minimise any problems involved in letting, while showing the necessary attention to detail when appropriate. Communications are sent in a regular and prompt manner. I used Conran Estate Agents to purchase a property in Greenwich in early 2009. From start to finish they were honest, helpful and accommodating, especially Tamer Alcici, the branch manager. The communication was particularly good ensuring that I was notified immediately of any developments and also keeping lines of communication open pending the completion of key steps in the process. I also used the mortgage advisor at te Eltham branch, and although I already knew which mortgage I wanted, he sat on the application to ensure a timely completion in a different Market environment especially for a first time buyer.

We switched to Conran from another agent who had overpriced the house and were doing very little marketing on it. Tamer, Nicky and team did everything they could to sell our house, and succeeded. We were really pleased with the marketing literature they produced, and often saw the house featured in the local glossy mags. It was easy to find on rightmove/zoopla etc and we had a good number of viewings. They were really good to deal with - very helpful, friendly and professional. I initially used Conran's when I bought my property 5 years ago and they were very helpful at guiding me, as a 1st time buyer. through the process.
When my company moved me abroad, I continued the relationship with Conran's as my managing agent for letting the property - they have always been excellent at keeping me up to date with what is going on in the market, finding tenants quickly and sorting out any problems.
Now I am in the process of selling the property and once again, Conran's and more specifically Tamer have done a fantastic marketing job and I have recently accepted an offer after the property was on the market for only 4 weeks.
During my 5 year relationship with Conran's in Greenwich - both the sales and lettings staff have been friendly, helpful and done their job to a high standard. We instructed Conran Estates as a result of meeting Tamer Alcici, the branch manager at Greenwich. Unlike their competition, Conran worked WITH us to value and market our home, creating impressive literature and reassuring us at every turn. The house was sold within 48 hours, due to Tamer's vision in selecting potential purchasers, and even when we ran into potential problems he worked outside office hours in order to reassure our buyers and bring us to exchange.
We could not recommend Conran Estates highly enough. The finest agents in the Greenwich area!

Tamer and Nicky helped us sell our property. It was a lengthy process in a difficult market, but they were presistent and diligent, in particular Nicky in liaising with our buyer who kindly held on for many months while we found a place to buy, and keeping him informed. Towards the end of the process Nicky went beyond the call of duty in contacting agents and solicitors up the chain regularly to make sure that our purchase proceeded efficiently.

On returning to London after a year away, I was thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received from Nicky and Lindsey at Conran Estates. Nicky took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then showed us a range of flats that exactly matched our specifications. It was refreshing to receive service that demonstrated that Conran valued both their direct clients (the landlords) and also us as prospective tenants. The entire team at Conran have been very respectful and helpful throughout our tenancy. Excellent agents, I wouldn't consider using any other. I have bought two properties with them and they are completely honest, straight talking and take thier time, delivering a really personal service. You'll wonder why you've put up with the rubbish service other agents provide once you've tried Conran!

The other people who reviewed Conran Estates on this site must all be employees of Conran Estates as our experience could not have been more different. They were unprofessional and we lost all trust in them by the end of our unfortunate experience. They clearly had one eye on their fee at all times and at all costs. They didn't do the correct checks on prospective buyers leading to huge waste of our time and money. Avoid.

I must say, my property was on with two other local agents and by far Conran Estates were the most honest, professional and got me the perfect end result. Albeit their fee was slightly higher I got value for money as their marketing was FAR, FAR, FAR superior than the others (one was a big corporate too!) and I feel this attracted many more people through my door and in the end got me

Michael and his team in Conran Charlton were very knowledgeable and couldn't do more to assist me with the letting of my property. The property was let quickly to excellent tenants who have been in the property for 2 years now. I deal frequently with the management team and they are very organised and seem to know me, my property and the tenants without having to read through their notes, very impressive!

I used Conran Estates to rent out my property and was really pleased with their prompt reply from the Eltham office. They came around quickly to take photos and made suggestions on some improvements to enable me to get the best rent possible. They put the advert and sign post out very quickly and we had potential tenants turning up within days.
