Very unprofessional. Never updated me with viewings and the feedback. Never returned calls. Lost keys. Wrote complaint to Oliver POWELL the MD who didn't even respond. The staff are too young and very in experienced. The same complaints are voiced from other people I know who have used their services. MR POWELL get a grip please.
