   We have just sold our SE8 flat through Conran's having also bought it from them and used them as our letting agent whilst overseas, and would recommend them in all aspects.

   We had initial offers on the property within a week or so of putting it on the market. After a long and complicated sale (not Conran's fault!) the sale fell through a week before completion due to circumstances beyond our (and Conran's) control. Conran's were very understanding and put the property back on the market immediately, organised a 'viewing party' and within a week or so we had another offer for significantly more than we had previously accepted. As a condition of the offer we had to get some building work done and Conran's were very helpful with this, finding us a builder who did the work to a high standard and competitive price.

   All in all we were very impressed with the service provided by Conran's which was professional, supportive and above all, effective. Thank you to all on the team!

   I had been with another agent previously and had become disillusioned with the lack of response and activity pertaining to the sale of my house. Although Conran's spiel was the same their actions spoke louder than their words and they had people streaming through my house from the onset. Lorena and Amas worked tirelessly to make a sale happen and listened to what we requested and worked with us to achieve the best result and a sale in a very short space of time.    We dropped into the branch and gave a few details of what we were looking for. Days later we were emailed several very relevant properties, which we then viewed with minimal hassle. We found a great place that ticked all the boxes and made an offer. Lindsey helped us through the process at every stage, and became pivotal in securing the property when it became clear that we would have to go the extra mile in making sure the landlady was 100% happy with out application and offer.

   We would thoroughly recommend both Conran Estates and Lindsey to anyone looking for a fast, reliable and personable service, with the positive outcome to boot!

   I could not recommend Conran Estates more highly.

   Throughout the time I have had my property for sale both Amas and Rob have been extremely professional, diligent and helpful above and beyond the call of duty.

   Due mainly to timing (totally outside of Conran's control) it has not been an easy process but they have helped make things as smooth as they could possibly be.

   I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conran to my associates and will be using them again for any future projects.

   Also Rob's team especially Michella and Sinead have always been very professional throughout the process.

   Rob, Sinead, Amas and Lorena all worked incredibly hard to sell our property. They marketed it brilliantly, the photos were taken exceptionally well and we had a volume of buyers through our door within 24 hours. Our house sold within a month. We have been very pleased with the sense of urgency and commerical awareness that all of these staff members have shown, they know their market well and have a great work ethic. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would like to thank them for their help.

    We chose this agent as we thought their estimate of what we could get for our house was fair. We found Rob friendly and accessible. We agreed on a sale after 2 weeks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. When Rob was not in the office, I found they could often answer my questions and make decisions. Once we signed the contracts, they had people viewing our house the following day.

    Perhaps, the only struggle is that we do wonder if we could have got more for the house as it did sell so quickly. It was our first time selling house in a difficult market and so we did feel a bit more support or discussion regarding our chances of more money with time might of made a difference. Saying that we are now in our new home and when the time comes we will contact this office again.

    From the moment i phoned to enquire about this property which had only come on the market, i have had superb help and advice.
    Lorena was very helpful with providing us with lots of info on the flat and its potential . I made an offer the next morning after getting lots of help and advice from rob the manager of the eltham branch.

    Ms Lorena was exeptionally helpfull and did very good job providing me through letting process (staying in touch for all that time), which in my case was a bit problematic, as I wanted to rent flat in London still being in Poland. I haven't seen the flat yet (apart from advert pictures), but thanks to Ms. Lorena Mamendyi all went smootly so far and I hope to stay a happy tennant.

    Amas was polite and professional when showing the property to my wife initially, being friendly to her (and our dog) and answering her queries fully. Later on, in e-mail communication with myself, he was most helpful in liaising between myself and the vendor as we reached agreement on fittings and contents to be left and their price. He also showed patience and understanding as legal processes slowed down the release of the mortgage funds.
