I viewed a premise with the aforementioned letting agent of which i was very interested. Unfortunately, the agent was not concerned with my custom and in effect lost a long term let. We viewed the premise, made an offer to the agent. I then had to chase several times and spoke to a very unhelpful colleague there who did nothing to reassure me. We have now rented another property with another efficent agent whom we have arranged to move in next week. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and the cant be bothered attitude.
