   We would definitely recommend Comfort Lettings! Both Tom and Hannah have been really helpful and friendly which ensured that our move went smoothly.
   The company has a great website, which not only really advertised our house to a great standard but it was also easy to use and provided lots of useful information. Both Tom and Hannah were very good at answering our questions and went out of their way, even staying after hours, to accommodate our needs! Wonderful service!

   Whilst viewing the property,Tom Kite was very helpful showing me around the property. Once I decided which room I wanted. Tom Kite proceeded with the documents for the room, which was explained and made clear to me. I have not been in the property long, but I am very happy with the house.

   We would definitely recommend Comfort Lettings. Tom has been incredibly helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble.
   Comfort Lettings have a very good website, which really advertised our house well.
   Tom was very good at answering all our potential tennants questions in a very professional and friendly way.
   He also has excellent links to local trades people, which was very helpful. All in all it was an excellent service!

   We came across Comfort Lettings by a recommendation from a current landlord who uses the firm. The website was such a refreshing change from the usual agency sites. There were a great range of internal and external photographs of each property, and a full description of the property in question. No corners had been cut (unlike most lettings descriptions) and the same care was taken with marketing the rental properties as most agents take with sales.     As a landlord living overseas it is imperative for us to have an agent we can trust to provide a good service and respond quickly to any problems or queries us or our tenants may have.     I got in contact with Tom through spareroom.com, and he was able to arrange viewings for me at very short notice. I was given time to view the properties in my own time. Once I had chosen my room the signing up processes was very swift and explained to me extensively.
    I started renting my property on the 28th of November, and since then have found no problems. One of my housemates had a problem her radiator, she got a quick response and was fixed within a day.
    I have no complaints with the quality of service or the house condition and therefore a happy tenant!

    Are you an over protective parent of a university student looking to rent a house? So am I. I thought therefore I would use this opportunity to recommend Comfort Lets. My son has just moved into one their of their properties. It is unrecogniseable to me as a student let.(..and I have seen a few through other family memebrs at Universites of Leeds and Birmingham) This is 5 star student accommodation at normal rates. Most importantly though as my son moved in earluy I had occasion to meet the owners. They undersatnd students, know exactly what they want and need and I can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble for them when my son had to move in eaarly..they even put him up somewhere else while they made final modifications. The ultimate recommendation would be that my wife and I would happily live in accommodation of this spec...and we do not rough it!.
