   BY FAR THE WORST AGENCY I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!! my boyfriend and I are both students and we're completely IGNORED because of that, we were promised viewings after viewings, constantly given false information, they PRETENDED to save our details. I mean I understand most landlords dont want students as their tenants, but we have now been here 5 years and a guarantor has ben sufficient thus far, however COLIN BIBRA asked for 6 months rent in advance, after I HAD TO FIND A PROPERTY TO LOOK AT! I cant stand it when people arent honest, I know that it comes with the territory when looking for a place to rent in London, BUT IN ANY BUSINESS YOU DON'T TREAT CLIENTS AS IDIOTS!!!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE! they are a complete waste of time, and absolutely frustrating!

   I have used Colin Bibra on two different occassions and both times found them excellent. They have been honest and gone out on a limb to be helpful. Even gave us a moving in present the first time we used them. Their fees are also much more reasonable than many of the other agents. I also currentlly liver on an estate where they are the managing agents and was told that they are very good at sorting things out, in fact there was a problem the first day we moved into our current property and they got someone out to sort it very quickly. The first time we used them was about 8 years ago and after rotten service from certain other agents, I'm so happy to be back with Colin Bibra again.

   Absolutely appalling and very dodgy from start to finish. We narrowly missed out on a very bad experience.

   - from the moment we arrived at the property the estate agent was late and turned up with another customer to view, making us very uncomfortable.

   - when we rang to ask about a standard break clause in the contract, we were assured that there was one, though it transpired that they lied

   - four separate people from the company kept contacting me with conflicting things when they obviously had not spoken to each other

   My girlfriend and I paid a holding deposit on a property with this "estate agency" and were told that failing a credit check we would receive back our holding deposit minus

   I know Colin Bibra since they started to do business in Ealing and I have a very good experience with them. They are very honest, reliable and prepared. I will recomend this Estate Agents to anyone

   Highly agressive sales staff and generally rude. Very slow to return bonds (breaking their own T's & C's in the contract), also charge an exit fee on return of bond which is hidden away in the small print. On re-letting the property they showed up and expected me to show the people viewing around.
