    Would you use the agent again? No

    Worst, most incompetent and rude estate agent I have ever come across. Only had one set of keys when we moved in (3 bed flat).

    Didn't check that flat had been cleaned when we moved in, so when we moved in, it was dirty. Woman shouted at us (with swearing). Told we could have our money back and not move in if we wanted (and live where exactly??)

    Several things wrong with flat (broken doorhandles etc), had not been fixed (agent managed flat). Took 3 months to get broken heating fixed (over november - Jan), had to threaten court action.

    Mattress broken, after a fight managed to get new one, wrong size for bed, another month of fighting to get correct size.

    At the end of the tenancy, they booked new tenants to move in before we had moved out! Asked us to move out earlier, which we did, for a refund of 2 days rent.

    Then asked if cleaner (which I insisted they had to pay for as it wasn't cleaned when we moved in) could come while we were moving out, even though this was a big inconvenience.

    Finally to cap it all, they wanted to deduct
