    I have had many dealings with clarkes! From trying to sell my property to their management of adjacent properties! I have found this company to be immoral and very unprofessional! In fact the owner Paul Clark even lied in attempts to pacify poor performance! I would never recommend them and there are very good reasons as to why their Market share is so low! Its all about money to them and ironically their short sighted antics will result in losing an income! I'll never use them or recommend them! Shocking!!!!!!!

    Myself and a friend have had dealings with the manager of Clarkes and both have had similar experiences. Very unprofessionally he tried to flatter us telling us we must work out and tried to pressure us to sign the contract to enable them to sell our houses and showed us confidential paperwork and statistics which compared other agents in the area, carefully adding he will 'try' and cover the other names with his hands as he was not supposed to show us! Completely unprofessional.

    What an amazing estate agent! In less than a month they had not only found the perfect tenant but have given me peace of mind my property is in safe hands. A small team of people that are highly professional yet give the personal touch.
