We initially used a local agent in Stanmore to value our property and was happy with the price. Clarets were looking for a property for us and thought that the house we were selling was under valued. We gave Clarets the instruction at the higher price and within 2 weeks we received an offer and completed within 5 weeks. We also purchased a property through Adam and were extremely impressed with their communication and professionalism in what could have been a stressful time made much less so with Clarets.

I used Clarets for the sale of my house in Bushey. I found them to be very professional, polite and very responsive. Their fees were competitive and the valuation for my house was correct, they also managed to negotiate a very good price that I was happy with. They were extremely good at chasing up information needed to exchange on the contracts and I will use them again when the time comes for us to move again.

Christina and Liz at Clarets were both excellent when we bought our property. Both could answer our questions on all aspects of the house and the local area.
I will definitely use Clarets again for any sale or purchase of property.

Clarets have sold two properties for me, both just shy of the asking house. Great knowledge of the area and always ready and willing to keep you informed. Special thanks to Liz who was exstremely helpful and one always felt she was working very hard you. Liz was great, an agent who doesn't fit any of the estate agent stereotypes.

I have been really disappointed with recent dealings with Clarets as a potential buyer. Initially, we found them really friendly and efficient, if a little pushy sometimes. We wished that the estate agents selling our property were like them! Depite not having sold our place, we had a mortgage agreed in principle and put in a decent offer on a property which was accepted. We did a second viewing, received all the formal paperwork, instructed solicitors, arranged a valuation survey - did everything that was being asked by Clarets. We recently received notification that the vendors are not proceeding with the sale. Called clarets to be told that the vendors received a cash buyer. Clarets made lttle attempt to inform us out of courtesy of the situation - all we got was one missed call. As a vendor, maybe Clarets are the right agents, but as buyers, we have found them disappointing.

Clarets found me a Tenant in 3 weeks. Amazing! I was away whilst the transaction completed and I was delighted with the smooth professional way Clarets dealt with all the details. I would highly recommend Clarets. The best in Bushey!!

What a breath of fresh air! Different to other estate agents. I trust this lot! They get decent buyers to look around. They care about getting a fair price. They don't mess you around. And they're just really really nice to deal with. Not at all aggressive. Just really helpful. They are now the ONLY people I would ever trust in or near Bushey.

I have used Clarets Estate Agents to buy and sell through. No matter who I talk to there I have always found them to be professional, accommodating, prompt and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using them again and referring them to anyone, even my own family!
