Not only are there lots of hidden charges at the beginning they find ways to charge you for lots of other things during your tenancy. The staff are rude and unfriendly, and requests to get things fixed are met with a "fix it yourself" response. Highly suspect lot.

Time wasters! They have so many hidden costs which they do not make you aware off! Why?!
A CityZen agent sent me an application form for credit check and registration with no mention of a £200 credit search fee and £75 application fee excluding VAT!
The above charges were only disclosed after I had finalised the apartment to rent and put a holding deposit down!

COWBOYS. Never ever use this estate agents - they are supposedly 'managing our property'. The answer we received from them for fixing a number of problems was 'this is too much hassle'.

CityZen Estate Agents have hidden charges they don't tell you about. A tenant finders fee???
I have spoken to several estate agents and they have never heard of such a thing. All landlords stay away!!!
