   This company is very unprofessional. I booked a viewing for a property that’s over £650 per week. After booking an appointment telephonically the agent said she would e-mail me that property address. The following day I have not received the e-mail yet and phoned City Quays to find out what’s going on. They said that the agent that dealt with that property was on the phone and that she would call me back. 2 hours later I have not received a call and phoned them again.    Never ever go to that bullllshiiiiiit agency!
   I book a two bed flat from city quays in the beginning of April and arrange so many times for viewing, but one of them are successful.
   But today 3rd may, I phoned them can I really move in that flat appropriately, and the stuff just told me so sorry the flat is not available for rent at the moment until July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!But the website indicate available at the mid of may.
   That is really bullsit and I will never ever deal with them again, will tell all of friends in London not to deal with them.
   Soooooooooo angry and waste me lots of time,

   DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITIQUAYS BE WARNED! I'm a landlord and have dealt with CitiQuays for 2-3 years, they are all smiley smiley at beginning and once they find you tenants CitiQuays will take their fee asap and when the rent collection starts every month CitiQuays staff are extremely slow in collecting the rent from the tenants. It's a full time job in itself chasing CitiQuays when they should be doing their job in the first place that I paid for.

   Utterly horrible, rude and incompetent agency. Left us with mould in the bedroom, no key for the French double doors (which were open with a handle on the outside leaving us vulnerable to burglars). A furnished flat came without any table or chairs (only sofa). Oven not connected and no mailbox key for months.

   Don't answer letters, emails or return phone calls.

   Oh, and don't expect your deposit back.

   What strikes the most is that these people are actually making life difficult for themselves by being so incompetent.

   Incompetent, unprofessional, shambolic service. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED ESTATE AGENT.

   The rent they owe me is late every month. You can never get hold of the same person twice. They do not return calls. Awful

   i rented a room in a houseshare with them. they advertise saying that each room is for single occupancy. when i moved in there was a couple using the room and the agency was very much aware of this. however, the bills were not split by person but by room number so the couple paid the same as 1 person.
   we complained a lot about this couple (from noise to cleanliness) and no action at all was taken.
   when i moved out, even though my inventory showed everything was the same as when i had received it, i was later told that my deposit would be reduced because the SHARED tower had limescale (this was a whole month after i moved out).
   i only got back my reduced deposit months after moving out, following threat of legal action.

   HORRIFIC. Every single month the rent payment has been delayed. Absolute atrocious - they are practically rogue agents if you ask me. AVOID IF YOU CAN. I will be seeking guidance whether I can take legal action against these people. Simply cannot believe such an incompetent bunch can be running such a business in such an area. Disappointed.

   WORSE ESATE AGENT EVER!!

   If anyone is thinking about going with City Quays.. think again! They are very unprofressional! Dont waste your time going to veiw a property to rent with them because by the time you get to the property they dont turn up and have sold the property already. They dont give you notice, and when you try and ring them they ignore your phone calls.
   I have been with many esate agents in London and by far this is the worst one i have ever been too!

   I have been with them for a year and I would NEVER rely on them again. Very unprofessional, specially a guy called ryan (but anyway, all the other girls are more or less the same). Each time I had a problem with the house, they just provide excuses and the issues dont get solved before I called them 20 times. This agency basically sucks.

    This is a very unprofessional agent. I am a tenant who just finished a 1-year contract and want to get my deposit back. They never calls or email to inform things about check out and the deposit return. Only when my flatmate and I keep calling and emailing several times, they then sent me the inventory report, and asking to charge over 800 pounds for cleaning and damage fees. We have to agree to pay and then, when we ask for the rest deposit, they keep making excuse such as the staff who deal with the deposit return is sick and unable to work, and the staff who deal with the deposit never returns emails. They still owe me deposit for over one month since check out. We will never use this agent again.

    We were subject to a very erratic and generally unreliable sales services from this practice. They first showed us an apartment for which the agent always showed up late for an appointment. Even if we were running late, he'd turn up even later. At some point, with sales pressure on, they pressurised us into making a deposit on the second viewing to secure a deal. We thought we had a deal and the apartment would be taken off the market, but not at all. The branch director negated the agreements he had made, continued advertising the same property at lower rates with other agents, while holding on to our deposit. He eventually went back on his commitment, changed his mind about the vacation of tenants (having earlier made false promises about tenants' departure not being an issue) and is now cancelling the deal after forcing us down costs with mortgage application and solicitors. Too unreliable and unprofessional.
