They were dishonest with us and charged us more than the actual rent and deposit. I don't recommend them at all. I discovered they lied to me of course after I met the landlord and knew that they charged me more than what the landlord asked for (monthly rent and deposit).

Was one hour late for an appointment to see a short term flat that was two doors down from the office. Didn't apologize for being late. Kept us waiting for another 10 minutes and then told us the flat had already been rented. Total waste of time.
