Our new Frimley office at 70 Frimley High Street opened its doors in February 2006. In 2005, our first year of trading, the company went from strength to strength selling homes throughout Frimley, Frimley Green, Camberley, Mytchett and Deepcut. We also achieved sales in Yateley, Aldershot, Ash Vale and Farnborough. We put our success down to an un-rivalled work ethic and a superior quantity and quality of advertising.

We have come in contact with a few agent in the process of selling and buying and we feel that these are far and away the best agents in the area.
I am probably one of the most anxious clients they could deal with and they managed with me and my anxiety incredibly well. They are honest (an extremely rare quality in estate agents!!), reliable, friendly, supportive, proactive without being aggressive- generally a pleasure to deal with.

I have used several local agents to sell and buy houses in the past 10 years, Christopher J Sargent are by far the best. Their eye for detail is good and they do not lose sight that a sold house for you is another happy customer.
The owner of the business used to call to ensure I had the right level of service, they were never pushy.
If you want to sell your house at a good rate with high service get them around for a valuation.Was this review helpful? Yes

We chose them after a failed attempt with a larger company in Frimley and were very pleased to find that they were as different as they claimed to be. They worked harder to sell our house and made us more money than the previous offer with the agent before. Well worth the money!

Very good service, much better than the first agents we used. They gave a very honest valuation at difficult time in the market and sold our house very quickly. Highly recommended!

They delivered what they promised- another rare quality in estate agents. The team marketed the house, we had viewing instantly- and accepted an offer within 2 weeks of going on the market. Unfortunately, and we cannot blame the agents for this we lost our buyers 3 weeks into the process but 3 days later we had accepted another offer and completed 3 weeks later- Chris promised we would be off his books by May!!
The team which also includes Lisa Greenwood- not enough room to put her name above were always friendly when I called, and I called everyday. They gave me time to discuss my concerns and at one point we had a conference call with myself, my husband (who resides in Hong Kong) and Christopher.
