Based in Hong Kong, I have recently bought a property in Kilburn through Chelsea Square. The purchase was handled remotely, and made more complicated by some required updates to the lease documents. I can only express my praise for the dedication and the level of service I received. I mostly dealt with Matt Ettinger, who did an excellent job in representing his client and liaising with my solicitor; other members of the Sales team (such as Davian) promptly stepped in when he was unable to take my phone calls, while Petrov and Mario of the Lettings team provided a clear picture of the letting options. Kudos to all for the successful completion of this deal!

Ray Jacobs came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why after having had his help. He sold us a flat and has helped us find good tenants as well as assist us with issues on the flat. Ray is straightforward, honest, professional and responsive. We trust him. This is absolutely crucial as we live outside the UK and rely on his help a lot. I echo what my friend said to me - "Ray is a star and is highly recommended".

I brought my current flat from Davian Hunte 15 years ago.
He was amazing then and gave me a wise advice that I will never forget.
We have kept in touch over the years and he will be only agent I would consider using to find me a buyer.

We bought a house through Matt at Chelsea square estate agents. He is such a nice guy, very approachable and genuine. He always returned e mails and phone calls very promptly and was really very efficient. As estate agents go, they are very professional and it has been an absolute pleasure.

I bought my property through Matt Ettinger at Chelsea Square. I found the service he provided to be absolutely excellent and would highly recommend him and Chelsea Square to anyone. Matt was very efficient, always got back to me very quickly and I really felt that he offered an individual, personal service - I never felt like just another customer! I was also very touched by the lovely plant they gifted me once my purchase went through successfully!

Ray Jacobs is THE ONLY agent to deal with in West Hampstead.
He knows the area like the back of his hand - and more importantly knows how to market your property for selling or letting. He is helpful, supportive and goes beyond the call of duty to insure you get the best service possible.
I have known Ray in a professional capacity since 2001 and frankly you are wasting your time if you use any other agency in the area. Ray Jacobs has been letting my flat for me since 2009. I have always found him to be professional, courteous and efficient. He has ensured that the flat has never been without tenants and if ever there have been problems, Ray has dealt with them immediately. I am a landlord and have been letting my flat through Paramount Properties for several years.My main contact is Ray Jacobs and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He is always super helpful and practical. You can tell straight away that this company is about honest business and taking care of their customers, unlike most other agents that I've met. At Paramount they are more interested in establishing a long-term relationship with you than to just say anything to make some quick money. I totally recommend them.

Ray has looked after my property for a number of years now - I have even changed letting agents in order to continue to use his services. I am very confident that all aspects of the letting are in safe hands. He is thorough and gives good common sense advice which I feel I can trust. Dealt with Alex from Chelsea Square and he was amazing. We had 2 days to find a flat after another one fell through and he went out of his way to make sure all the paperwork was completed in time and we were able to move in when we needed to.
I would highly recommend Chelsea Square.

I have been dealing with Ray Jacobs for nearly 10 years and have always found him kind, resourceful and extremely professional. On the occassions we have had to make repairs or decorate my flat the quotes have always been reasonable and the work undertaken in a timely manner and importantly I been kept informed throughout the process. I would like to recommend Chelsea Square (West Hampstead) in general and Ray Jacobs in particular. After a very frustrating period with some terrible service from another well known group in the same area, I transferred to Chelsea Square on recommendation from a friend who had given them high praise in the past.
Since then, I have never looked back and they have taken my property through several renewals with different tenants. I have always found they highly professional, courteous, and very efficient returning my calls quickly and going out of their way to make my life as a property... (read more)

Usually I am suspicious or, at best distrusting of Estate Agents, however, Ray at Chelsea Square changed my mind. Our dealings with him and his partners made the sale of our house as stress free as was humanly possible. It was a pleasure to deal with a straight, fair, honest Estate Agent who I would recommend and, have indeed recommended to my friends.

We have been most impressed by the knowledge and professionalism shown by Chelsea Square staff in helping us to relocate to North London after several years living abroad. They re-introduced us to West Hampstead and its amenities – many new cafes, restaurants and shops since the last time we were here – and guided us through the viewing process. When we settled on a property, they held our hands through the contracts stage and even pointed us to an advantageous financing option. Once the property was in our hands, their design & build division entered the process seamlessly, opening up a kitchen/diner and lounge area to accommodate our family’s needs and adding a lick of paint to the property as well. We could not be happier in our new home. They even left a house-warming plant and a book about the history of the area to greet us on moving-in day. What more could anyone want from an estate agent? This place is a joke. Do not be deceived by their lovely little office in West Hampstead. Much like every other estate agency in London, these people take your money and then don't give you the time of day afterwards. I would be especially cautious if the property you are interested in is managed by them. We have just moved in to a place, managed by the agency, and have had so many problems that they are incredibly lax about. BED BUGS in a newly renovated flat. I realise this isn't their fault, but it has taken them almost a month to organise anything and get this problem resolved, mainly because they never return your calls (unless they need something from you - then they will blow you up). When you are able to get in touch with them, they are rude and patronising. Being managed by this agency has been our worst mistake.
We should have realised how awful this agency was when we were signing the contract. The girl who was in charge of handling this contract was no smarter than a 5 year old. Numerous mistakes and errors.
Hope others don't run in to the same issues we have.

Utterly incompetent. Incapable of returning any phone class, and I once had to call them six times in a single day in order to elicit a response to a simple query. The provided the absolute bare minimum of repairs. Mold in our bathroom was simply painted over, and all work was only superficial. Never gave any notice of when they would be coming around to the flat, and were rude in person.

I was in the process of buying a house and the sales agent dealing with us was really good. However, they did not remove the property from the market, which meant we could be gazzumpted at any stage. After not receiving anything from the owners for nearly 2 weeks, we ended up finding a better property with another agent. They agreed to remove it from the market and when we mentioned this to the chelsea square, the partner who was now dealing with the property was extremely rude, offensive and ended up hanging up the phone. I would not deal with them again.
