    Absolutely horrible!!! Avoid at all cost. I have been following up with them for last 6 months for my deposit and rental refund. They promised several times they will refund with interest but NOT really!! Now no one answers there phone.

    In the 10 months Ihave been with this ompany I have been connstantly let down, never receive my rent on time, get excuse after excuse and generally get appalling "service". Avoid like the plague.

    I had a terrible experience with Chase Devonshire I don't recommend to use them.

    They never paid in time even if the tenants did. I am still waiting for three months of rent since September 2009. I am very disappointed with their service, don't trust them don't use them otherwise you will waste a lot of time and money. They are not serious people, they take advantage of you if they can. They just use you for their own financial gain.

    Avoid avoid avoid. Lived in property managed by Chase Devonshire for 18 months. Never received check in inventory, ridiculous admin fees, poor communication, will try and screw you for every penny they can, took months to get deposit bank. Only use if you have the time and patience of a saint, wouldn't wish them on my worst enermy.

    I had the misfortune to spend two years in the different apartments managed by them.
    Right after moving in I realised my toilet is not flushing - it took them two weeks (!) to get someone to fix it. My microwave oven was broken from the start - it never got fixed despite a year worth of emails and phone calls.

    They tried to charge me for rent arrears when they did not find my money transfer - I had to prove them with sending three time all my bank statements - then they still kept insisting. Until I finally managed to speak someone in accounting and clarify the issue.

    They provided no keys to the meter cabinet either - so I could not do any reading.

    They haven't done any inventory before I moved in.

    I moved from one apartment managed by them to another and I had to go through referencing again (!) and pay the fee of course.

    Avoid them like the plague.

    Shocking. Late in paying me rent money every month. Got contractors in to do work that didn't need doing, which came to over 700 pounds and now refuse to reply to my emails demanding explanations. Please please please never use these people.

    In three years of dealing with this agency they have never met what I would consider to be a basic level of competence. Communication is appalling as is service to the customer. We are moving largely to get away from them. Avoid at all costs.

    Just awful. Admin charges for everything. Mine came to 900 after a year of renting. Avoid at all costs.

    The worst estate agent I have come across in my fifteen years of renting in London. They charge fees to the tenant for doing their job. Poor communication and incompetent staff.
