Just awful. Admin charges for everything. Mine came to 900 after a year of renting. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic level of customer service! Staff are friendly and trustworthy - I have used many management companies and they surpass them all!

Shocking bad. Have finally got my full deposit back (plus had charges of £3,000 dropped) after 10 months of laughable action, resulting in going to the courts.

Have reported to all the relevant bodies.

The worst estate agent I have come across in my fifteen years of renting in London. They charge fees to the tenant for doing their job. Poor communication and incompetent staff.
