   this organisation is legally rapping the benefits system, currently living in a room that cost 1040 a month, a room that is smaller than any kind of student accomadation. tiny as hell, cold as hell, expensive as hell. this land lord and owner CHASE devani are legal theives. now this is a shame that we have people eating and stealling - if i could upload pictures i would, but i will in due course. perry is a liar he is asked to fix things and he doesnt do anything just smiles and really has no intentios of doing anything, he hides behind calling everyone a liar - I have rts in my room/ kitchen... (read more)

   Chase Devani are the absolutely worst slumlords I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was burglarised and informed them. They did nothing, absolutely nothing. I have not re-entered the premises since the burglary and after a month of them doing nothing I asked to end the tenancy and they have absolutely refused. Because I no longer live there I have now lost my benefits and housing. NOW they are trying to evict me when I have not lived there for over 40 days. And they still will not do an inspection and give me a receipt for the keys and end my tenancy. The stress caused by their inaction and unreasonableness has caused my physical and mental health to deteriorate. If you value your health and sanity, do not get trapped in a contract with Chase-De-Vani.

   The worst estate agent you can get in London is chase de vain.they take peoples deposit money without giving them back.which the law say if you pay deposit and something when wrong from the agent you can get ur money.ad they refuse to give the money

   They are very unprofessional and only house housing benefit people. Their tenants are very dirty and left my property in a state. They caused over

   They provided a very efficient and fast service when renting out my flat. I was impressed with their service. Shiv from the office was very good at answering calls, giving me good advise and helping me in vetting good tenants. I would highly recommend chase de vani and Shiv in particular.

   Spent a year in a rental property managed by Chase De Vani. They are simply the worst letting/managing agent I have ever come across.

   I don't even know how you would go about running a business so badly, why any landlord would use this agency is beyond me. Their inability to deal with basic maintenance and use of unqualified workmen was pretty much destroying the apartment we stayed in.

   If you offered to pay me to live in a property managed by them I'd refuse. If you value your quality of life stay far away.

   Totally awful! Had problems right from the start and this continued until we moved out of the property early as we couldn't bare to deal with them any longer. They promise you that they will look into issues for you (such as no hot water for several weeks!) but they only take notice once you start to threaten withhold rent and call/email them constantly. No matter how nice the property is, it just isn't worth going with Chase de Vani!!
