Chase Buchanan were spot on with their initial valuation and we aqchieved the asking price. Their advice on issues that cropped up through the selling process was clear and sensible and I found them very straight to deal with. I would be happy to recommend this branch to anyone looking to sell in the St margaret's/Isleworth areas.

I moved to London for work from Manchester and had only 2 weeks to get everything sorted. Two weeks to move your life and find somewhere to live is not that easy. I had a look online for suitable properties in the areas required and arranged to view couple in the few days I had available. The first property I viewed was an agent that at first appearance made me uneasy. I just got a feeling that I couldn’t trust them. I wish I had listened to my gut because they nearly screwed me over! I quickly found Chase Buchanan Estate Agents in Hampton Hill, who had me moved in to a fab property with no messing around what so ever. They explained everything to me and I felt that they were really good at putting me at ease. As you can imagine I was pretty stressed out. They knew the area really well and really listened to my requirements. I’ve been here just over2 months now and fingers crossed everything is great!

I began renting through Chase Buchanan 2 years ago and had no complaints. The Twickenham office were so helpful in helping me find somewhere and then the property management were brilliant when things went wrong at the property. One month I was due a refund of rent and this was processed and put back into my account without any fuss.
However, recently I was interested in a property to buy in Hampton and I was so pleased to see it was being sold by Chase Buchanan. The sales team really let the company down. They are rude on the phone and in person, they never returned my messages I left and I felt like I was being rushed at viewings. When I came into the office to enquire about other properties it was as if they didn't take me seriously and that I was wasting their precious time! Finding a new home is stressful enough without the added rudeness of certain estate agents.
It's such a shame that this team has tarnished my previously glowing recommendation of Chase Buchanan.

I had an offer accepted on a property from another agent. Despite knowing this Chase Buchanan were constantly encouraging the vendor to take it off the market and make some cosmetic repairs before selling through them.
They then arranged a sale for the property to a property developer that caused me to be gazumped and lose the cash had paid for a deposit.
These people are not to be trusted. They have no honour and only think of their own profit. Do not go near any product marketing by them!

Money grubbing and useless. They do nothing when problems arise in the house. I had to do all the legwork. When I had a plumbing problem they sent someone who basically did nothing and left. I then got a letter saying they determined nothing was wrong and i had to pay for plumber. We still have this rather distressing issue. Also - to make themselves seem useful they encourage rent increases even if the landlord is inclined not to. I spoke with the landlord who said "I guess we will renew at the same rate - seems fair". Then we got a letter saying the landlord would like to increase it. They do these checks on the house every six months which is basically one big snooping mission. They send a letter say "if you want to be there contact us" In other word if you don't they will see if fit to just home wandering into your home. Do more harm than good-hate agents for the most part.

I am a tenant with Chase Buchanan and I have just moved into my second flat that they sourced for us.
I found them very helpful in assisting with the paper work and made the whole process smooth and pain free. I would also like to point out that if you have a maintenance issue they deal with it far quicker than other agents that I have used in the past. Very important when its cold!! This is the first time I have used Chase Buchanan. They provided me with a very efficient, polite, and helpful service and I fully recommend their services for renting a property. I would certainly use Chase again in the future.

The most professional and helpful lettings agent I've dealt with - and I've known a few! They were really at pains to understand what I wanted and make sensible recommendations too as I was unfamiliar with the area. The whole moving process can be quite fraught but this time it went smoothly and I felt CB's agents were really thorough and reliable. Five stars from me - thanks Chase Buchanan!

I have used Chase Buchanan for several years and have found them to be throughly knowledgeable, professional and nice people to deal with.
On the rare occassions that there have been difficulties with tenants, Chase has managed to resolve the situation quickly with a minimum of stress and fuss.

We have only just taken up the full management service offered by Chase Buchanan, despite having had years of good service from the finding and basic letting section of the company.
In the short time you have sorted our immediate plumbing and electrical problems and we have no longer have contact with our tenant - well worth the extra small percentage, a very efficient service!'

Having just moved out of home and not having much idea about the whole process Chace Buchanan really helped me out. I didn't really know what I wanted and they helped me choose a property i could afford and be happy in. They were careful to explain everything including all the responsibilities of the tenancy agreement, which was a little scary to start with.
I'm really grateful for all the help they have given me and when my tenancy is up I will definitely use them again to find my next home.

After years with Snellers with no problems we had to move and found a property managed by this bunch. They are useless, incapable of doing the smallest task in an efficient way. They don't communicate, make constant mistakes of all kind. They should be ashamed of their lack of professionalism.

I signed a six month contract on a flat and moved in - at the end of six months I gave them notice I was moving out - and they claimed I'm signed a contract for 8 months! and that I owed them

After I put an offer on they continued to advertise the apartment. Their indications about price and starting date proved to be wrong. They wasted four days of my time and then, when they finally made their position on price and start date firm, they insisted on putting the property straight back on the market before I had time to consider their counter offer (they would not wait so much as a few hours even though they have two months before the current lease is up).
They wasted my time and proved to be unreliable, unhelpful and unreasonable. They also charge about double the fees of most of their competitors - AVOID!
