   Would you use the agent again? No

   Do not under any circumstances have any dealings with this company. They are literally criminals. I have had a default county court judgement against them for almost a year now and they have, for want of a better term, 'done a runner'.

   If anyone has any details of where they may have relocated their office to, please provide it here.

   Never ever deal with this company. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Tenants and landlords you have been warned!

   Charlestate stole money from me by contacting my tenant and telling them to change the rental payment account. All of this was obviously without my authorisation.

   When it came to renewal, they lost the original contract I signed with them where I had negotiated discounted fees and they tried to overcharge me. Their administration is frankly terrible. I would definitely NOT recommend this estate agent to either Landlords or tenants.

   I used charlestate in finding my house where I live now, and I was highly impresssed by the company. They were highly efficient, professional and I will definately recommend them.

   They are very unprofessional ! They also rushed us when showing us the properties. They promised us a nice property which we never seen. When we moved out they didn't let us know about our deposit and when I called to ask about it he was being very rude and hang up without even saying bye. We were very dissapointed with their service.

   An agent from Charlestate show us around 2 properties in one day, and we saw both in less that 20mins and they where 10mins drive away. she rushed us around didnt address any problems and sort of skimmed over prices. we liked one of the properties so asked to see it again the next day, once again we where rushed, and she showed up with the contracts and price breakdown, which was completely different from the prices form the previous day. she pressured us into trying to pay the deposit there at the property, which in itself is unprofessional. When I rang and told her we where no longer interested in the property, I was spoken to rudely on the phone, and eventually hung up because I do not have to put up with being spoken to in that way. The next day I recieved a nasty email, which I considered as harassment. We felt like Charlestate was pressuring us because we are students and therefore they saw us as an easy target. I also feel they tried to scam us into paying to much for a property, that we had barely seen. We where disgusted by how they treated us.

   I am still living in the apartment let by Charlestate and I agree 100% with the other review. It is a nightmare experience. All promises broken. Never come on time to service. Try to find legal loopsholes to exploit terms in the contract. Nigerian gentleman Abby who runs the affair is a terrible guy. Never ever deal with them. On top of that, it seems they are not registered with the companies house either

    The most terrible experience I have ever had with an estate agency. They are extremely unprofessional (e.g. never on time). They make promises that are not kept and even make false statements about what you will get with the property (e.g. told me the flat would come with two underground parking spots, but it only had one; wrong info on council tax; said the flat would be painted by the time I move in). They charge a check-out fee that is not in the cotract. They charged me over
