   Would you use the agent again? No

   Dreadful. Thought I would use a big company to give me peace of mind whilst I was living abroad and letting my apartment for the first time. Instead I became a number. They didn't care one bit about providing the 'service' that the office manager had promised me. The sales guy even said to me 'i'm just in sales, i don't deal with customer service'. Wow talk about honesty! Charges created for some of the most rediculous things. Their building contractors are also crooks and replaced 2 bathroom tiles for my tennant at a charge to me of around 300, and then on my return I find that the tiles are a different colour! All round i would say this was the worst experience i've ever had with a 'service provider'. I would encourage you to use anyone else in notting hill gate other than chard to let your property.

   We are non resident landlords and Chard let our flat on Munster Road in 2 days after two other lettings companies did nothing for almost two months. No problems and no complaints. As much as it grieves me to have to use lecherous estate agents I can live with it when they get on and do what they promise

   Would you use the agent again? No

   High staff turnover, so you are always dealing with someone new. Very slow to fix problems in the property. After moving out, has taken over a month to refund deposit, coupled with one delay after the other and poor communication.

   Would you use the agent again? No

   Fulham branch has neverending staff turnover, so one is dealing with someone new everytime.
   Also good at inventing charges, experienced at charging a renewal fee for doing nothing. Managed to successfully convince my landlord to save a bundle and deal with me directly.
