   The Teignmouth office, with both Helens (and Scarlett) supported me through the process of selling, understanding I did not want to show prospective buyers around. They kept me informed on feedback and arranged appointments to suit all concerned.
   They also helped me to find my present home, which they were marketing, and I successfully completed sale and purchase on same day.

   Although it took over a year to finally sell our property Michelle and the team never gave up trying on our behalf. Michelle was always very professional and kept us well informed at all times. I would strongly recommend Chamberlains to anyone wanting to sell their property as their offices are well positioned and inviting with clear advertising in the window.

   Michelle was very professional right from the start. I went with them initially because they quoted me the cheapest rate and I didn't regret going with Chamberlains one bit. A lot of the time I wasn't able to be there for viewings and she had to cope with the alarm and making sure everything was safe and secure. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chamberlains to anyone - they were very professional and considerate.

   I also commenced dealings with Graham Briggs, whose shoes were expertly filled by Helen Potts. Right from the first marketing of our house, both the aforementioned Helen and Helen Hall have worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for an admittedly "difficult" property. We are now in the final stages of a deal whereby the buyer rents until they have sold other property ennabling them to complete on ours. This allows us to get on with relocating and our new lives, and the buyers to secure our house earlier than they thought possible. Angie in the lettings department gave us a succint and informative appraisal of the house as a letting prospect to enable this to move forward. Throughout the marketing process we have been kept fully informed of all developments in a friendly and professional manner, and all queries have been promptly dealt with. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending Chamberlains.

   I dealt with Angie, the Rental Manager & Helen, the Teignmouth Branch Manager & they have both been excellent. They are very professional & friendly & found me a suitable prospective tenant quickly. The previous agent in the town I had been using could not find me a tenant & did not give me such a good service. Chamberlains advertised my flat regularly, listened to my requirements, accompanied viewings in & out of office hours & kept me well informed. I am recommending them to all my friends. I have never dealt with such a good agent.

   Michelle was very helpful during all stages of the purchase, keeping me informed of the progress, even coming round with a kettle and tea after I had moved in because initially there was a problem with the water - well beyond the call of duty!

   Found all of the team to be helpfull at all times, I am a developer who will certainly give the office the chance to pitch for the resale of the property as I feel they have good local knowledge which is crutial to selling and marketing at a local level.    We dealt with Graham and Helen Hall during our property search and subsequent purchase. The service from chamberlains was absolutely first class and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. The negotiation to purchase was handled by Helen in a thoroughly professional manner whilst maintaining very good relationships with both parties. Heln was always was always very friendly and extremely helpful.

   Our property search in the Newton Abbot and Teignmouth area was drawn out over about 14 months. Chamberlains were always a pleasure to deal with and stood out from their competitors - and we looked at a number of properties from several agents in the area. I think that there is an emphasis on the 'personal touch' from Chamberlains - and this really counts.

    I commenced my dealings with Chamberlains with Graham Briggs, and his good work was continued by Helen Potts. Their professional advertising and their friendly & efficient ways of working resulted in many viewings of my property. The property took a long time to sell but this was caused by the economic situation facing this country. Also, the purchaser was very "laid back" and did not want to hurry herself to sign any paperwork or pay the deposit etc, and her Solicitor was nearly as relaxed about the whole thing. Helen Potts and her colleagues were constantly on the case trying to speed things up with the purchaser and her Solicitor. I was kept informed by Helen/her colleagues of all developments during the marketing and sale process.
    Therefore, top marks to Chamberlains of Teignmouth, and I will definitely use them again for future property transactions.
