Do not get trapped. Never use this agent. He will take the deposit , with admin fee for which they bull s**t. Never returns the deposit. I feel pity on Landlords, whose property I will damage badly if I dont get my deposit back in next 2 weeks. I left the property 6 weeks ago.

Im a landlord. Totally dishonest and would never use them again, they also trade under the name of Dixon property services.
