Steve and his team in the Haringey branch were extremely professional and efficient. They were very helpful all the time. From my experience with other Estate Agencies, they have also been very trustworthy. I would definitely use them again.

We could not be more pleased with the team at the Harringay branch who helped us to get our house sold. They set a sensible asking price and were brilliant in selling at the asking price!

I think that Panos and the team are fantastic, its a great work ethic that I can only assume that after people buy properties from them they would then later sell through them too. I have just bought a property using the Harringay branch and they helped move things along as much as possible and appeared very balanced in their dealings between myself and the seller rather than just trying to sell the property for commission. Thanks!

As a first time buyer, it was really reassuring to deal with Castles. Panos worked really hard to liaise with everyone in the chain - and my solicitor commented that he was often the person keeping her informed about what was going on. It was great to receive such a personal service and I would whole-heartedly recommend them.

From start to finish - Castles staff were very personable, friendly and professional. Steve valued our property and was the only agent who really took the time to appreciate the work that we'd done. Leigh was very helpful and showed lots of prospective buyers around and was extremely busy with viewings in the first week! The property sold just after a week being on the market and Panos was excellent at handling all the negotiations with our first-time buyer. Panos also helped liaise with the new estate agent we were buying from to try and help speed up the move process. Unfortunately, the move took much longer than expected as the vendor dragged her heels with selling to us but Panos managed to keep very calm and reassure us and our first-time buyer that everything would be fine. Thankfully it was and everyone got moved in the end. I would definitely recommend Castles to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Not your average estate agent. Very caring.

I have dealt with Castles (Haringey) twice now to rent my property and everytime nothing was to much trouble and they had really good vetted tenants within weeks i would not go anywhere else.

I sold my studio flat through Castles and was very happy with the service. They were realistic about the asking price which I appreciated, and as a result the flat was under offer quickly. From that stage onwards Panos kept me totally informed, even when there was no news, which was really reassuring - he kept the process moving as much as possible and spoke to my buyer and both solicitors regularly.
I had the flat on the market a few years before with Keatons - very slick but totally impersonal and at the end of the day they simply failed to get a sale through. You cannot underestimate personal service and local knowledge.

I have used Castles a number of times now. They have always provided me with a very efficient, polite, and helpful service and I fully recommend their services for either buying or selling property. Panos, Leigh, and Steve are all extremely professional, honest, and sincere, and I would certainly use Castles again in the future.

Having dealt with several other estate agents in the past, there is no doubt in my mind, that as far as Harringey goes, you cannot top the dedication of this superb team, when it comes to selling or buying your property.
The professionalism starts when your house gets valued, and carries on beyond completion. They follow up on viewings, seeking feedback, keeping you continually informed. They thoroughly check potential buyers, and so much more goes on behind the scene, especially when the sale has been agreed.
I felt I was really well looked after by Panos, Steve and Leigh, and recomend then unreservedly.

We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Panos, Steve and Leigh at Castles in Turnpike Lane. From when we first apporached them thinking of putting our house on the market to the day we received an offer on our property.
We have brought through Castles twice but I have not sold a property before and therefore I was very anxious about the whole process. Panos and Steve spent loads of time with us explaining the process and dealing with my anxieties, concerns and many, many questions.

We've just sold our very expensive one bedroom flat with Castles and very impressed with their service too! We chose them initially on account of Steve's friendly and non-pushy approach, but soon discovered that both Panos and Leigh were really nice too. Only took 4 weeks to go under offer and everything was handled smoothly.

We have no heistation in highly recommending Castles in Turnpike Lane, and have on many occassions.
Panos and Steve are extremely reliable, know their stuff and have found me two amazing properties that we have been very happy with. Myself and my partner have consulted with them many times over the past 15 years and they have been honest, informative and very human- often a rare quality in estate agents!
If you are looking for an agent that will find you what you are looking for with minimum hassle and a few laughs along the way-then castles is the place for you......

Castles have been amazing. I have been in Canada for over a year and my previous management agent (firstview properties) decided to close their office on the high street and run the business from their house without telling me. My tenants suffered but once I got Castles involved the handover ran smoothly. They sorted out all the legal and tax stuff that my previous agent had not put in place and they maintained such a efficient level of communication that surprised me. Its hard to be an overseas landlord but I'm now totally at ease with Castles in charge. The funny thing is, they sold me the property in the first place and when I decide to sell I will definitely use them and I would urge anyone to do the same.

I have rented a property through Castles and I could not ask for better service.
They made the process very easy for me and my flat mate. They guided us through the credit checks and got the property over to us on time.Since moving into the flat it is reassuring to know they are just at the end of a phone. Any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly without any hassle to us.

I recently sold my garden flat in N22 through Castles and was very impressed with the team at the Haringey branch. The sale proved quite long winded and tricky because I was part of a long chain, and there were many nail biting moments along the way. However Steve, Panos and Leigh were always on hand to help, reassure and advize, nothing was too much trouble and in the end they managed to secure the best possible price for my property. All in all, I would highly recommend this agent.

I have delt with the gang at Castle Estate Agents (Harringay branch) for about 10 years now. Initially I bought a property from them, I've used Castles as a rental agent and I've recently sold a property through them.
At all times I've found Panos and the whole team to be professional, honest and above all their integrity is without question.

With what could have been an arduous experience was made effortless as the good people at Castle (Panos) took care of any problems that cropped up and even gave me their personal number which made them contactable 24/7. As a first time buyer they reassured me when making decisions through their infinite wisdom in property purchases.
When buying again I will definitely call into Castle Estate Agents again.

After waiting a while with another agent, we noticed that Castles boards, to let one day, let the next! We decided to move to Castles and it was the best move we ever made. The service is excellent, personal, uncomplicated and extremely friendly. After 14 months the tenants moved on and Castles had new tenants move in within 2 days of the previous tenants moving out. Castles had succeeded again.

I am an overseas landlord. After a scarring experience with another agent I took the decision to switch. I chose Castles on the basis of a recommendation and their detailed feedback to questions which I e-mailed them. I'm glad to say that Castles' service was excellent. Their direction and coordination of suppliers meant we could spruce up the property from a distance. And it was exactly what was required: after my property had been empty for almost six months with my previous agent, Castles had a tenant within two weeks of taking over. Well done!

Selling is quite stressful but it was made so much less so by the Castles crew! We also wanted to use Castles Harringay because they're a local company and also because it's not always about the 'big boys' (who we also met before going to market and none of them impressed us as much). It's also worth bearing in mind that Castles Harringay have been around for years and survived 2 recessions - pretty impressive. Steve has also been in the business for just as long and it was a pleasure to work with him - and we had a few laughs too.
