   I decided to rent my London home in Hanwell following the death of my partner. Having had conversation with all local agents I chose Castle Residential as a direct result of their sensitivity to my circumstances and their overall business manner. Agent fees were only a secondary consideration for me, but that said, Castle were charging 2% less than any other agent. Surj Walli (owner) struck me as an ethical individual and did not make outrageous promises of unrealistic rental income . Amazingly, my first tenant was found within days and has now moved in - and the rental income? well I am delighted.

   A superb company - with unfaultering attention to detail. Genuine customer service is a rare commodity nowdays.

   I've used Castle Residential twice now to find tenants. Both times the tenants they've found have been excellent. Castle, and Surj in particular who I've had most dealings with, have been open, honest, quick, thorough and very helpful. Surj has been happy to offer letting advice outside of his requirements and it's proved extremely useful. I'll definitely be using them again and I'd definitely recommend them. I let additional properties in other locations and I wish the agents available locally where as good as Castle.

   We spoke to many local agents in Hanwell prior to letting our property. We wanted an agent that was willing to help us understand the process of letting and managing a property as this was our first outing as Landlords. The Castle Residential team have always been incredibly helpful with advice and knowledge of rentals properties in the area, and they have always provided us with quality tenants that have made managing our property so much easier. Castle have consistently negoitiated our requirements and often gone out of the way to organise the check in and check out of tenants and to ensure that everything is in order. We have now been with Castle for four years and are very happy with the levels of service we have received. If your after an agent that is commited to working for you and not just the size of their portfolio, or how many mini's they have then I would stongly recommend these guys.

   Castle have managed my 3 properties for the last years, They have provided me with sound advice and a great service throughout this time, in particular Surj Walia's knowledge and guidance has helped me achieve an excellent yield on my portfolio.    We have rented a property from Castle for the past five years and have always found staff extremely helpful and professional. The whole team in the Hanwell office offer great customer service, and we have found that any problem has been swiftly dealt with. Suzannah, in particular, has been a great help and she has put a lot of effort into finding us a bigger flat that we will be moving into shortly.

    I found Castle to be very efficient and found a tenant in less than one month for my property. Extremely professional and well organised they arranged the inventory, deposit, reference checks and transfer of utilities. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting to rent out their property.

   My partner and I had a fantastic experience with Castle. They helped us out of a very difficult situation.

   We were due to move into a property with anothwer letting agent, when the day before we were told we couldnt move into that property... leaving us practically homeless.
   We went on Castles' website, and found the perfect flat!! which we now live in. From start to finish, we were treated with the upmost respect and kindness.
   The whole process, references etc was complete within a week and we were able to move in that week!

   The team were fab!! thank you so much...

   The lettings team at Castle Residential provided an OUSTANDING SERVICE in helping me and my family find a property in the local area of Hanwell. They proved to be the most efficient and reliable agent we registered with. Although, in the end I decided to renew my contract at my current rental, I will be looking for another property in the near future and would definitely contact the team at Castle to help with my search.

   The staff at Castle Residential are extremely rude and unprofessional. Through my own personal experience I can honestly tell you that they are a bunch of cow boys and do not know what they are doing! They have no customer service skills and I would even go as far as saying they are bullies! They totally messed me around and wasted my time but had no problem with taking a holding deposit off me! I was discriminated against and was made to feel very unjustified. I wouldn\'t even recommend them to an enemy!

   I was cheated by this letting agent since the first day. They handed me the house very dirty. Such dirty that I cleaned up to 10 used condoms. The carpet was full of stinky stains, there were holes in the vinyle of the kitchen. When they showed me the house the promise me to clean the house including the carpets and paint the walls. They never did that. I was lucky since I took photos of how the handed the house. When I left the property they keep my deposit because the considered that the house was dirty (which is not true), there weres stains in the carpet and the vinyl of the kitchen was broken. So they charge me for something that I never did. I try to speak with them showing the photos I took and they send me a fake bill for the amount of the deposit they kept. And they never gave me an inventory of the house, something that they have to do. So NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER trust on them. And the staff is lack of proffesionality, they even dare to shout on you!! BE CAREFULL, DO NOT TRUST THEM

    We arranged a viewing with Castle for a property for 5pm. We arrived early and waited over an hour with no contact from any agent. We tried to call the office which was closed. When we called the next day they claimed to have left a voicemail which we never received to say they didn't actually have the keys for the flat having already called to confirm the viewing that day.

    We were then told we would receive the first viewing when they received the keys. I now see the let has been agreed without word to us that they had the keys.

    I had also emailed on numerous occasions about different properties with questions and the only response I ever received was the property was still available with no response to the questions I had asked.

    Extremely disappointed with the lack of service provided to prospective tenants.

    Definitely wouldn't be advising anyone to use.

   We were cheated by this agency at the beginning and end of contract. Be careful!!!!!

   They increased the monthly rent just 3 days before signing the contract when we paid them 6week deposit+
