Be careful of fees!!!! All your money is gone on that.
You will have to pay for check in and out which doesn't seem right, try and only pay the checkout and landlord pays the checkin like any other estate agent. Always hire your own professional cleaning person at the end of tenancy or you'll be paying a ridiculous amount. Don't agree to renewal until a month away from when the current contract expries otherwise you'll be paying for the renewal fee eitherway.

The worst agent I have come across. not helpful at all when I had problems with the property I was renting from them.
