I went through Capital to rent a property and at first they were very helpful and got me into the flat within 1 week. The property was very grubby and required redecorating... which I did in the first 2 weeks of having the keys.
I then moved in for 2 days in the second week and there was no hot water and no heating ! with a 4 year old child I was not impressed.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to leave the flat but found a friend to take it over for me. It took 4 weeks for all this to take place as the alledged director was so uncontactable and did not return any of her calls, seeing as it took 1 week to get me in I found it unbelievable that it took 4 weeks to move her in.
Then the issue of my deposit.... hes now trying to charge me over

Were very helpful and went out of their way to show me properties after hours as I work in the city and couldnt make viewings until 7.30. spent lots of time with estate agents in the Bromley area and this one stood out in my mind as they were not aloof and above their station like alot of agents I had dealings with. Even though I ended up renting from another agent due to location change I would recomend them.
