The agent overvalued my property and gave me unrealistic acheivable values. However at the time I thought they were the best ones to go for as they could get me a higher price. In the end after approx a year and no sign of a deal I started to get desperate to sell. Had to go back to an esate agent who had valued it before, but now to sell it I had to accept less then I might have got if I had gone with a realistic estate agent in the first place. Don't believe these people they will tell u anything to try and get your business. Like Foxtons this estate agent is one to AVOID!!!!

The worst agency I ever dealed with. I had to wait for ages for anything to repaired! As one of you already wrote they treat the landlord like a God and we were always the worst. Despite the fact that we had a problem with the flat noone never come to fix it. At the same time they never agreed for any compenation and were sending us a letters that we won't get good references if we don't pay on time our rent. At the same time we couldn't do anything because the law tell us to pay. Highly not recomended. Were costly as well as they charge for inventaristaion almost £100 just that someone will come and check your flat on the end. They don't cooperate with tenants whatsoever!

Having used letting agents in a capacity of landlord and tennant over 15 years, Campsie unquestionnably are the worst I have ever come across. Painfully slow, unbelieveably unprofessional and basically painful dealing with them in any and all aspects. I could catalogue the issues but would just generally suggest avoiding at all costs!

Awful experience. Lacking in customer care. I moved out of the property 5 weeks ago and have still have not received my deposit back despite contacting Campsie numerous times. They were very slow to arrange maintenance and repair work which needed doing in the flat. They were also very unclear when stating fees and charges associated with moving into and out of the property. Steer clear of these sharks!

Unbelievable attitude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Would I buy a house I wanted from these people no. Would I buy anything else from them, no. Completely unrealistic valuations of properties, very irrational approach to challenges.

Found them professional, administraion was well organised, and we have had no problems moving into our new place.

Campsie used to offer a very good service they then merged with Orchadshipman and turned so commercial its un-true. Their fee deals collapsed after years of ongoing business. Wouldn't use them again ever due to loyalty! Don't trust them.
