Please do not use C James & Co. They don't deserve to be estate agents.
Incredibly rude, incompetent, worthless staff. I've had to endure them for the last 4 years renting a property from the Wimbledon branch. The whole process has been a nightmare. Very slow at getting things fixed. Making appointments then not showing up without telling us. They use poor workman, so any things they do fix, invariably break shortly after.
I feel sorry for anyone that has their property managed by these fools.
Avoid at all costs. More stress and hassle than they are worth. We are finally moving house, I shudder to think what it will be like getting our deposit back.

Just a horrific experience from the start, they promise the world and just lie to your face. Also the flat was filthy on move in, not a nice thing to walk into when they promised it had been cleaned. Caused me unbelievable amounts of stress and it's not over yet. Will NEVER use them again and would warn to do the same.

The worst agency I have ever dealt with. They always promise but never deliver. We have waited 4 months for work they promised. They never respond to emails and if you call they promise they'll do it tomorrow and you don't hear from them. Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible experience when we rented our flat two years ago through C James and Co in Colliers Wood. Agents seemed very incompetent, promising things, that they were not able to keep. Overall experience is very negative and I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away.

The worst service you could imagine! rented a flat for 1000p/m and were being treated as criminals! We were promised the flat would be painted and it was a lie! after we moved out we had to go through the court to get our deposit back! Rude, bossy people!

Awful from the start. Filthy house when we moved in (even though we were assured it would be cleaned before hand). Rodent infested. Very rude agents on the phone. Absolutely horrendous.

C James were absolutely terrible. Despite promises to keep me fully informed of progress on my flat sale, not once did they proactively call me to give me any feedback or let me know how many viewings there had been. When I did call for feedback, I got the impression that they couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. If I hadn't called them, my flat would have fallen into a black hole.
I went with another agent as soon as my sole agency contract with C James expired.

I will never use C James & Co every again. They are so unprofessional and unhelpful. The people there is so bossy and pushy and I was forced to put down a deposit on a flat. I wasn't even given the time to think it through properly. I only put down the rent at 7pm in the evening and I call them first thing when their open to withdraw. They are so unhelpful on the phone and refused to refund!!! Never want to deal with this agent ever again.

We bought a house through C James. They called us to tell us the vendor is thinking of removing the property from the market. Then we got a call from the vendor and realised the agent had called both of us!
