Three years ago C J Delemere helped me with a very nasty landlord when nobody else had the guts or the expertise to do so. They are absolutely the best agents you could possibly use, and I would trust them more than any other agent.

I used CJ Delemere out of Muswell Hill to find a flat to let. They gave me a complete run around. I spoke with a different agent every time I phoned or viewed a property because the last person I spoke with was always unavailable. The agents that showed me flats were unknowledgeable and gave me incorrect information. Furthermore, they lacked independence and were seemingly acting solely in the landlord's interest with no regard to the tenant. I didn't go with them in the end as they were unprofessional.
