We found Kaylie to be an extremely friendly and efficient person to deal with who really helped eliminate a lot of the stress encountered when moving house.
It was a really quick and easy process with everything taken care of quickly with no extra hidden costs appearing at the last minute( unlike some other letting agents out there ) !!!!!
Would really recommend BUSHELLS to any one looking for a quick , stress free professional service.

Bushells and in particular Ryan Clements, met and exceeded our expectations during their task to source a tenant for one of our properties. Communication, viewing feedback and general consultation including the genuine desire to meet the exact requirements of their client impressed us in particular. We would not hesitate to recommend Bushells for a future letting requirement in Acton. We used their services on a "Let Only" basis on this occasion.

We were very happy with the service we received from Kevin and Luke when buying a flat in Clapham. They are prompt and professional in their communication and were more than happy to let us in to the flat on quite a few occasions (e.g., to write a list of works for our builder, to show a family member around). The process was completed in less than 3 months. The only problem we had was with an incorrect piece of information (about the length of the lease) given to us by one of their colleagues before we first offered on the flat. All in all, we would recommend their services.

We recently purchased our first property through Bushells - Clapham branch. Our purchase was handled mainly by Jack but from start to finish Bushells were exceptional. Jack went out of his way to keep us up to date on progress, navigate the sales process and was generally on call the whole time for any questions we might have. Our purchase did have a number of complicating factors and we really appreciated Jack's experience and willingness to help. We will definitely be recommending Bushells to friends and using them in the future.

Throughout the whole process of buying my flat, i found Bushells to be extremely helpful, and friendly. Jack was very quick to answer any of my questions and help me in any way he could. Having had my property on the market with another agent and having not received a single offer I decided to change agents and try Bushells. As soon as I met with the branch manager Stephen I knew I had made the right decision. He was positive but at at the same time he was honest and realistic. I knew I was getting much more informed and truthful feedback than with my previous agent.
The photos and floor plan took no time at all and I had two offers in within weeks. Once I had accepted an offer Bushells were great at chasing up the buyer's solicitors and keeping me informed of all the latest updates. Jogindra Oberoi was in contact almost daily to make sure I was always in the loop.
I can't recommend Bushells highly enough. They were polite, efficient and I would definitely use them again.

My experience renting through Bushells, and particularly through all of my interactions with Luke Williams could not have been easier or more hassle free, particularly given the experience myself and my friends have had with other estate agents. Luke Williams was inconceivably efficient, usually getting back to us within the hour, even on complex topics where I would have expected a significantly longer response time. Luke even made many smaller suggestions which have made the experience of moving in remarkably pleasant, eg suggesting to send us a letter from Bushells allowing us to obtain a temporary parking permit. Luke also manages the property I am renting. I would suggest his services to both tenants renting and to landlords considering having their property managed.
I would consider myself and my housemates to be particularly demanding tenants and we have been astonished at the outstanding service we have received from Bushells and Luke Williams in particular.

I had been trying to buy a house in the Poets corner area of west London for some time. i knew the area so had quite specific requirements as to what i was looking for. Having been frustrated by the complete lack of regard by other agents for the brief i gave and their resultant inbox filling emails. it was totally refreshing to meet Abraham who not only listened carefully to what i wanted but took the time to make constructive suggestions about where else i wight be able to find what i was looking for. He also only sent me what was 90% on brief so did not waste my time.
Best of all he matched me to a seller who also had a specific need in terms of when they could sell.
I would thoroughly recommend Abraham to both Buyers and sellers alike and infact i have already done so !Was this review helpful? Yes

Throughout the process of selling my flat Kevin has provided an excellent and knowledgable service. I am located overseas so the burden on Kevin was probably more than usual, but this did not alter the service I received which was excellent and I was constantly kept up to date of what was happening or needed fom me which was great. Throughout the process Kevin was friendly, helpful and useful and provided some excelelnt guidance with regards to which steps I should take. Overall, an excellent service of which Bushells can be proud.

My first dealing was with Abraham as we were buying the property. Abraham has a delightful, sunny personality and nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for him. I was impressed that whenever he said he would do something, he actually did it. His job must be quite stressful, but he never passed this feeling on to me - the buyer.

After hearing nightmare stories from colleagues and friends about the rental market in London, I have to say, my recent dealings with Bushells in East Dulwich were nothing but excellent. Samantha dealt with me from start to finish and she was always professional and efficient. It was down to her that my entire rental property search took an almost unheard of three days. I know competition is fierce for decent rental properties, so it is thanks to Samantha that I have just moved into what I believe will be my home for a long time to come, exactly two weeks after I first began the search.

I cannot recommend Bushells enough and would always recommend them to anyone who was thinking of letting their property. I have used Bushells for finding tenants and for managing my property for the past 5 years and would have no hesitation in recommending them. They have always dealt with issues quickly and effiiently. But I must add special praise for Ryan at the Acton office who has been a star throughout my most recent process of sorting the flat out following the departure of the last lot of tenants and in finding excellant new tenants to move in. Throughout the process Ryan made it as stressfree as possible by arranging access for contractors as required and then in finding suitable tenants who he dealt with and advised on as required and without fault. 5 Star.

I recently sold my flat through Bushells in Clapham. I have always found the team at Bushells (Clapham) to be highly professional and deliver on what is requested of them. Luke was especially proactive and responsive during a difficult selling process. He set expectations well (both on the vendor and buyers side) and made sure that momentum was never lost during the process. Kevin provided good oversight throughout the process and was always available when guidance was needed. Overall, I thought the team at Bushells did a great job.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Bushells and Luke in particular. His approach was honest and straightforward and this put us at ease from the off. Communication was regular and to the point and he was quick to respond to any queries. The fees were more reasonable than some other agents and yet, crucially, we sold at the price that Luke originally promised we could achieve.

I can not recommend Bushells and Luke Parle enough. A professional team with reliable and helpful members of staff. They provided constant updates leaving us feeling relaxed that we had left the sale of our property in their capable hands. They ensured the viewing times were compatible with us and confirmed all viewings via text. They were quick to respond to any queries and were attentive to our requirements. All queries were settled immediately through the excellent communication between all parties involved.
I would not hesitate to use this agent again. Made the entire process as easy as it possibly could be.

Angela was excellent in dealing with a very delicate situation. She was responsive, technical, precise and brought a lot of common and commercial sense to the table. Angela was probably the best estate agent I dealt with for a long time (and I have substantial experience in many countries).
My previous experience with Bushells was not good; I had serious issues both with Sales and with Lettings. However Angela was a completely different story. Impeccable.

The agency was one of several that I invited around to view my property, before deciding to rent the flat. All the agencies invited were used by other landlords in the same block.
They were friendly, well prepared, and answered questions honestly even when the answers were not necessarily in the agency's best financial interests (such as what level of service that most landlords use).
Once I had decided to let, viewings were very swiftly organised. All those that viewed the flat were appropriate, and I was provided with an overview of their situations before viewing. A tenant was found very quickly.
The level of service provided during the period before the tenancy started was also very good, with competative quotes provided for the majoirty of services commonly required, which was important to me, as this was the first time that I had let.
I would recommend the agency, and will be using them again in future.

I would just like to say one big thank you to Luke Parle and Jack Ebdon at Bushells in Clapham for providing such an exceptionally professional service in selling my flat. They worked swiftly and efficiently to find right the right buyer, and patiently stuck with me while my husband and I found a property to buy. They have been polite and courteous from start to finish and I have already recommended them to my neighbours, who are equally pleased with their service. I sold my flat with Bushells in around 6 weeks and I was very happy with their service. I was given honest and up front advice about marketing the property which I appreciated in light of wanting a quick sale. They kept me informed with regular contact, pushed solicitors when needed to keep things moving, covered for each other when one agent was out of the office and something needed dealing with quickly and put themselves out personally to help with clearing the flat out. Very pleased.

Luke was extremely helpful from the outset, as I was trying to find a property for a colleague who was travelling to the UK from Australia within a particular area, budget, and time limit (which believe me was not an easy task!!), Luke did his upmost to accomodate my needs and was friendly and professional throughout. I am absolutely thrilled with the professional and friendly service Luke Williams, from Bushells in Battersea, provided during our property search.
Helpful, reliable and understanding, Luke ensured all our questions were answered quickly and needs met when searching for a two bed property in the borough of Wandsworth.
Unlike many estate agents we encountered, Luke delivered a top notch service: he didn’t waste our time pitching properties that didn’t match our specifications, making our property search so much easier. He was speedy replying to calls and emails and, best of all, he delivered with a smile.

Just thought I'd drop a line to express my delight in actually speaking to a lettings agent who genuinely seemed interested in her job! I am just making enquiries with a view to finding a property in the next six months to let and have phoned a number of letting and estate agents in the area. I have found that many of the responses have been poor to very bad with a number of bored agents just taking my details without enthusiasm. Ms Carberry was an exception , she was friendly, enthusiastic, polite and very proffessional, she was a joy to talk to and as many people are quick to complain (yes I am one of them!!!} I thought I'd write a positive review for a change!!!

We were having an awful time trying to find a new property to rent and feeling that we were wasting our time with estate agents who clearly hadn't listened to the criteria we had given them. Countless times we were taken to properties which were completely unsuited to what we said we were looking for.
Then I came across an ad through Bushells and spoke to Samantha Richardson, who not only listened to my requirements but also struck up an effortless genuine rapport with us. The first property we viewed with her we instantly fell in love with and Samantha was very efficient in making sure that the wheels were set in motion with the relevant documents etc.

I bought my flat through Bushells in 2006 they were exceptional, I then let my flat with Bushells and they found two fantastic tenants within a week for full asking price. I have just instructed Bushells to sell my flat and again, in less than a week we have a full asking price offer. But, its not just about that, it's the consistently excellent service. I had the property with three agencies at the same time to find tenants, and Bushells were by far the best.
There was no pressure to accept unsuitable tenants, and as first-time landlords Bushells were very helpful and went the extra-mile to ensure things went well.Highly recommended

The whole process from start to finish has been very slick, from getting driven to see several properties, putting offer in, the negotiations then getting all paperwork completed making it stress free and clear at all stages. They kept us informed and were very clear and proffesional throughout, answering all our questions quickly. They had good knowledge and nots about the property and what was to be included (furnishings) and helped us to secure items that were not initailly included.
Signing the paperwork was very slick with a detailed information pack provided and help going through the contract.
This was much appreciated and a welcome change to several Estate agents I have used in the past. I would definately recommend them.

A pleasurable experience to say the least. I have successfully sold and purchased via Bushells and have the wonderful experience of dealing with two oft their branches. After many failed attempts of the sale of my Initial property, i turned to Bushells, they proved to be such a resourceful agent.
The wonderful negotiators of the Acton office swiftly found me a buyer and before I knew it I was merely weeks from exchange, with out an onward purchase, Bushells very efficiently introduced me to their Fulham branch who likewise were bright, swift off the mark and incredibly efficient in finding me a more than suitable upscale. I recently contacted Bushells in Clapham to help me sell my property after many months on the market with another agent who was terrible, and I was recommended by a friend who had sold her property through Bushells within a week and said the service was impeccable and to give them a call. From the first telephone call to their office I was amazed at the difference in professionalism and overall attitude as they could not have come across wanting to help any more than they did.... I spoke to a Gentleman called Luke who was delightful and within a three days my property was ready to be sold whereas before it took over 6 days just to get the property details produced.
We had 15 people come to see it in the first week and sold it in the second week... truly amazing communication and service and I would recommend anyone who is having problems with their agent, to call Bushells in Clapham as I wish I had called them first.

The property management services provided by Bushells (in particular by Carla Bartley) was the best I have experienced in London, either as a Landlord or Tenant. Carla was pro-active, responsive and professional and ensured that all issues that arose during the tenancy were addressed quickly and effectively. There was no "fobbing off" as you get with some property management firms where everything is too much trouble - overall a great experience.

I recently registered looking to buy a property at Bushells in Clapham and found the staff to more friendly and accommodating than most other agents in Clapham as I felt that I was poorly treated and brushed aside as my budget wasn't great, but Bushells listened and provided me with many options and helped me find my dream home. The service I have received from Bushells for 10 years has been excellent, this year has been no exception. In the past few months I have been dealing with Bruno de Sousa whose knowledge, availability, attention to detail and assistance has been exceptional. His professionalism and commitment has meant that the tight turnaround between tenants has been more easily managed and he worked hard to build a working relationship which felt more a partnership rather than simply processing a tenancy as an agent. The service, help and advice i have received from Eric Walker MD has been more than excellent.
If it wasn't for his help and advice with the awful tenants i had, i don't know where i would be now.
We all have a chance of getting bad tenants and believe me i think i had the worst.. Eric helped me in every way he possibly could, going well out of his way to insure that i understood all legal issues involved and he sorted out all the problems for me..He reassured me the whole way and i did not feel for one second that i was on my own.. And i had a very happy outcome thanks to the way he handled things.
He was always on hand to help and reassure. I have never received such good service from any other agent i have used.Professional, prompt ,reliable with the extra personal touch.
I can not praise this Agency and specifically Eric enough. Nothing is to much trouble. I am more than satisfied with the service i receive..I would highly recommend this agency and applaud them for the excellent way they look after there clients.

First time using a lettings agent that didnt leave me upset and frustrated! The girls in the office were a pleasure to deal with. They found me a wonderful flat which fit all the requirements that I had. Any repairs/extras that I wanted done before I moved in were carried out in full. I just wanted to drop note to say how excellently and professionally I felt they have dealt with the marketing, administration and logistics in getting my tenants into the property. Got S21 on move in.
