   I had a very positive experience with Bushells. Luke promptly responded to all my emails and queries and tried to be flexible with arranging viewings around my work schedule. I have been particulalry impressed that this has continued in the post-completion period - with any miscellanous queries since moving in still being quickly dealt with.

   Of the three agents I used to market my flat for letting, Bushells overall produced the most serious viewers as opposed to the glassy-eyed residential tourism of one of their competitors. I was staying in the flat beforehand and always received an email or phone query if it was okay to have a viewing. The flat was let within a month or so of listing, at the asking price. I felt the vetting of the eventual tenants and securing of financial guarantees was superior to that of other previous agents. Sarah in particular was professional and prompt with emails, even seeming to respond when her auto-answer indicated she was out of office. The tenancy will commence tomorrow but I feel confident there will be no ructions as I have experienced in the past.

   Natalie was really helpful with our property search. I first enquired about a flat which was already vacant, considering my move date was a few weeks in the future, I was sceptical about viewing, however Natalie assured me that the Landlord might wait. We saw the property and loved it! And Natalie was very efficient- along with her manager Sean, in getting our first offer agreed! We had asked for a few things to be done to the property and the day before move in Natalie went to the property to check it had been done! Very efficient and very impressed!

   Thanks to the staff at Bushells, selling our house was easy and a pleasure.
   Initially, I asked three agents to visit my house for a valuation. Liz Marshall of Bushells was the only one of the three who took an interest in us and our house rather than talk about herself as the other agents did. She gave a good valuation and supported it by providing details of several similar properties that they had recently sold. This gave us great confidence in her and Bushells.
   The on-going sales process was headed up by Rachel Sweeney, who was excellent in her communication and her friendly, professional manner. She gave good advice on tips to show the property at its best, and kept us fully informed about prospective buyers. Thanks to their efforts, we sold the house quickly and at a price we were happy with.
   All aspects through to completion were handled well and with no stress. After having heard negative comments about other agents, Bushells were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Rachel and her colleagues.

    All too often if life we read letters of complaint or when someone has a grievance about something.

    I am selling my property with Bushells in Acton and have now finally exchanged. They have been incredibly supportive and helpful during a very difficult and prolonged period. This particular transaction was made very uncertain and stressful by my vendor's agent (not Bushells). I would be delighted to recommend them to any prospective buyer or seller I cannot recomment them too highly for their professionalism and dedication (unlike my vendor's agent).

    Christian was plesant as a negotiator but unfortunately for me, Bushells continue to use landlords that refuse to repair known / serious issues with the property despite Bushells promising it would get fixed.

    Be honest and transparent about bad landlords. Even better, don't do business with bad landlords because it harms your reputation. As a tenant I had to pay money and send references and do credit checks. Do you ask this from your landlords!? Surely they have to be financially able to provide the necassary funds needed for maintaining the property before becoming a landlord on your books.

    I recently sold a property through Bushells in Hammersmith. Before awarding the instructions I asked 4 local Agents in to value the property and see who would be the best to handle the sale. I chose Bushells largely because I believe they gave the best valuation advice ( which was proven correct as soon as the property was marketed) and because they were the most positive and enthusiastic on the property which had just been renovated. They handled both the marketing and sale process professionally and also helped keep the deal on the rails during the legal process. The sale was completed in just over 2 months from initial marketing and above the guide price. I would both recommend Bushells to someone else and use them again for another property sale.

    My agent Rupert was very polite and courteous on our first meeting.
    He seemed bright and cheerful and showed me round the property and was eager and able to answer all my questions.
    The whole referencing and contract signing was organised by Sophie who was also very pleasant and effective in helping me complete all the necessary admin documentation. She also provided very good phone support.
    Rupert was able to give me good advice on all legal technicalities regarding the Short term tenancy agreement and holding deposit. They both made me feel very much at ease and the whole process was stress free.
    I would definitely recommend them to friends or work colleagues.

    The most important when renting is not finding a flat, any agent can do that, it's what happens after.
    I've had tenancies with 3 different agencies since I came to the UK, and Bushells has proved far more reliable and professional than the other ones. I've had to contact them twice regarding small repairs in the flat, each time they sent someone within 24 hours, no hidden charges, no questions asked. A pleasure. Some agencies in the same situation will put you through a long interview to find out if they can in any way make you responsible...
    The check out was also very straightforward, my deposit was returned quickly enough with no petty haggling.
    In summary, no bad surprise in nearly two years with them. They do their job, and they do it fast and well.
