   Would you use the agent again? No

   I have had the misfortune of renting an apartment off this poor excuse of a lettings agent. They took 6 months rent + deposit off me as they said this is the requirement of the Landlord. Turns out after I moved in that the landlords had no idea and never requested the 6 months from me.

   Burwood Marsh intended to keep my money in their account (no doubt earning interest) and pay the rent on my behalf. After their lie was discovered both myself and the landlords have requested the money back from them. After repeated assurances that the money will be paid (at the beginning of March) I have yet to receive it back.

   In addition to this, having dealt many letting/estate agents over the years, I have never come across such rude and arrogant staff as at Burwood Marsh.

   Please let this be a warning - Do NOT use this agency, there are plenty of others located on the same street/area and I am sure any one of them are more professional and trustworthy than Burwood Marsh..

   I said to the agency that I will be writing a review and I'm sure they won't be surprised to read this!
   Worst agecy I've ever dealt with. Very quick to take you to view a property and as soon as you've paid the holding deposit to take it off the market, they start draggin their feet. Change the move in dates to what was originally agreed, and when they realised it was their fault ( or the landlord's as they claim), they agreed to pay us back after 7-10 working days so we could find something that would suit our requirements.
   16 working days later, we are still waiting and chasing! Pathetic agency this is and I do not recommend it, at all! I agree with the previous review, they are slow and very rude and arrogant!

   Glad i sacked them. Using a much better management company now. They were slow and rude.

   The management of my property was dreadful, they never performed any regular checks. The agency kept hounding me for money when I owed them nothing and they had previously confirmed that, in fact they owed me money! Extremely bad attitude. Not the worst agency I had used but they were pretty bad.
