Terrible, absolute rubbish, promised the world, lied about viewings and offers. Change their staff every 3 months. None has a clue, rude unhelpful and tried to bill me when I eventually withdrew the property. Would never ever recommend them to anyone at all. I went to another agent in the town and they sold it within 2 weeks.

The worst estate agents I have ever come across and I have dealt with many. I put my property on with them 3 months ago. They messed up every possible details. The details were incorrect, 2 sets of pictures were taken as new carpet was put down and they still displayed the old pictures in new details, were not on right move until 1 month later, never dealt with one person, incorrect price details on advertising, no display in windows, when displayed in windows, old version of the details, payed the hips and then got many letters to say that I hadn't paid it to the company, every possible thing went wrong. Then when going with another estate agents they would not take the details off rightmove.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
