I would strongly advise anyone from letting via this agency. Since we moved out of our property they have been an absolute nightmare. Aside from all of the normal agency pitfalls of charges for seemingly everything, they have not refunded our deposit for 3 weeks. When they finally did give us a quote for damages they were charging for items not mentioned on the check in/ check out report - and charging extortionate prices.
The deposit has had to go to dispute and they are now claiming that they had calculated our rental amount incorrectly and we owe them more rent as well. Everything has been handled in a very unprofessional manner and the 2 members of staff that we were dealing with both walked out of their jobs midway through the disputes.
STEER CLEAR!!!!!

The staff there do not think outside the box and are a little anal. Prompt service although not much flexibility.
