While these agents did not end up selling my property, they did get me an offer higher than I was told by my previous, terrible agents (Salter Rex) anyone would make me. I accepted a slightly lower offer from clients of another agency (I always use two--you're crazy if you don't) only because the other buyers were in a position to move much more quickly.
I was also given very sensible and helpful advice by both Paul and Simon, and I found both to be at all times extremely courteous and charming.
