Terrible took deposit didn't give all facts now not being honest on website about cost of appartments advertised at 151 000 reduced to 126 000 ( they were only ever 99 000 ). Beware.

Do not use at any costs poor service non delivery of flats no licences for flats then with hold deposit.

Terrible. Put deposit down may 2007 flat now still not complete no licence obtained, information poor service terrible looks like we have lost deposit any one using these needs to think very carefully and double and treble check paperwork use at your peril we know of several others who have same view and tking legal action against them

I was very unhappy with the service they offered me and feel that wrong advice was given regarding mortgage details. Also they left no room for negotiation.
