Rackesh made me sign up a one year tenancy with some tenants despite my insistence I wanted to try them for six months initially. He made me pay a whole year's commission and assured me If things did not work out, I could get my balance back prorata after six months. His very words were "that is what the six months break clause is for". The tenants turned out to be "tenants from hell". He supported them each time they violated a part of the tenancy agreement. Even after they had tried to break into my house to beat me up and the police got involved, he encouraged them to stay on. They finally left after refusing me access to show prospective tenants round. When I asked for the balance of my commission back, from Rackesh, he flatly refused to give it back denying he ever promised me I could have my money back. He ignored all my phone calls and letters to him. I will never recommend that company to anybody.

BROCKENHURST THE WORST ESTATE AGENT ESPECIALLY ANDOVER
Andover Estate Agents, never in my life have I had to deal with such unprofessional laxidasical people in my life, apart from being lazy, never returning people's calls they are probably the worst Estate agents I have ever come across. My advice do not rent or buy a property through these people if you do avoid Delia, Michelle, Clare Blayden, quite how these women keep their jobs is beyond me. They do not respond to any emails, any problems with the property, the only time they are quick to contact the tenant is when they want money. AWFUL UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Absolute nightmare with these people, only dealt with the Andover branch so this this isnt a blanket moan about the others, however myself and my partner were left in a situation where we didnt even know if we could move into the property a week before we were due to move out of our last home. They refused a credit check for my partners garaunture without even checking with the credit agaent, also they charged us a

This started off 2 years ago when my other half called the estate agent (Owner)regarding moving on the date we were supposed to and he kept on playing games with us and as a result we were in a panic situation since we wanted to move in on the proposed date or else we would be out of the previous property.
He was very rude and his behaviour was absolutely unjustified when being confronted for this. Secondly we moved in to know that the boiler was not working so for 2 days during the winter we had to shower using cold water....he didnt bother getting it checked out inspite of our numerous... Thirdly he never came to the property to ask us if everything was ok for the 2 year stay...we had to go directly to the landlady who at times was fine but otherwise also delayed mostly in getting things sorted out.
The landlady and the estate agent (Owner) always confronted each other when it was to come to an agreement in who was to sort these problems out....I dont think the estate agent really managed the property at all!!!!
Frustrated enough, we had gone through too much..we therefore decided to call it quits and never ever again to look at this agent.
I would request anyone else not to go after them as they are a bunch of pompous pigs who in this business dont know as to what the word "Share on your Facebook Wall"){kind=logo}
