Completely unscrupulous!!! You won't get a chance to view a flat (and therefore make an offer) on a flat which has potential- will go to a developer who is a 'friend' of the vendor... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!

We moved into a Brices property three months ago and have so far received a great service, their agents are always friendly and polite and they have dealt with the issues we have reported both promptly and with integrity.

Brices have a poor regard for tenants, letting themselves into property without notice or knowledge. I will not rent through them again.
