Agents with multiple branches, offices or sites.

For Agents with multiple branches, offices or sites, we can now offer the option of a full profile page and specific reviews for each individual location - in addition to the existing group profile listing.

This will allow individual branches to take local responsibility and to encourage existing branch customers to review the services in that location specifically.

Each branch will have access to our marketing tools and can use the allAgents website to back up their local or national marketing activities. The independence of the branch specific reviews will demonstrate to potential local customers that they are the best in the area and will WIN new business more easily.

This offering also introduces an internal ranking system which will encourage branches or franchisees to compete against each other to see who can become and maintain the accolade of ‘best rated branch or franchisee’ within the company or group.

Leagues tables can be created to track periodic internal rankings and others to include competing agents in categories such as:

•  similar sized companies
•  postcode areas
•  regional and national comparisons.

On a national level, group trends will appear from individual  branch statistics and show where customer services differ in ranking  allowing the appropriate actions taken.

After branch profiling, the group profile will still remain in place. A further benefit will be that as a result of receiving individual branch reviews the Agent, (as a group) will gradually move further up the ranking.
