I bought a rental investment from them, they refused to hand over the tenant's deposit, told our tenant they were still managing the property and we were evicting him, and it just so happened they had an ideal flat for him. Their maintainance team are overpriced cowboys - the boiler they arranged to fit was dangerously done, and was only replaced as doing my due diligence it had not had a gas safety check in years. They did not put the tenant's deposit in a bond, which is also illegal.
I now self manage and teh tenant and I are much happier.
